...Oi. Sounds almost like a problem I have. My only guesses would be the controller OR the BIOS, since that runs the memory test. Have you tried the components in a different mobo?

to hell with loading a level with OW code, why didn't we think of this:? Just write the correct value to the action register after copying level table info around like the random exit custom block does? Except, we could move the tables around as we needed. How well would that work? (edited by Darkflight on 06-04-05 01:53 PM) |

I hate to say it, but you don't even need to log in to download the patch.

Only problem was that I had sent the letter to nintendo, not CAPCOM, and nintendo is responisble for letting capcom release the game this side of the pacific.

No, that wouldn't work. you would need to pre-set the tables in the level, then copy and paste them using ASM mid-game, then set the action register. Otherwise, you will use a normal screen exit for the screen you are on. At least, that was what I've read from the "how this block works" in blocktool for the random exit block. also, you could try using a custom block that does this. I don't know if that's what you already meant, though.

GJ, Smallhacker. Now all we need is another program to repoint the level for choco island 2's exit. @Squah Monster: Shouldn't be too hard, but you would need a way to make mario enter the door by button press. |

OK, sorry. I misunderstood your post. Then again, I was kinda confused by your screen number statement, because there was more to it than just that.

try... shoot. Can't remember the register, but there was an action register that would fade out the level when a certain number was written to it. try giving the player an item and then writing that register.

Standing there, Snipes lets the blade whiz past him, and stands there, almost looking bored "Nice shot, but I think you missed" Snipes quickly pulls up his new pistol, which he had just replaced after his last battle, and fires three shots, one to each side of Tuxydon's head, and one at the ground in front of him. |

...But always look for an Audio/video settings option. I use it to turn off sound effects whenever possible, like in timsplitters Future perfect. Then I just start and arcade map and... yea, pause it without sound. should work for any other game with the needed options, as well. I think MKD had an option for sound volume in it's options menu, because I remember streaming CD audio into the audio feeds with my computer, playing SFX only.

Does anyone know how to stop the part of the screen that appears after you pass the goal tape or grab a ? sphere in a level? I would like to disable that because I have turned off the timer in my hack.

At the mention of "FOOD FIGHT!", Snipes ducked under the table. watching the food fly around him, Snipes decided to hang low until tempers had cooled.

ooc: I was already at you Snipes ducks under the attack, then dives between Sanigen's legs, pulling them together and out from under Sanigen, attempting to cause him to fall. Snipes whips around, then karate chops Sanigen in the neck |
