I like 2-D best. I'd like it if Nintendo made a new 2-D Mario.

For Mario I'd very much prefer 2D.

Of course, that's not saying Mario 64 was anything bad.

You should change that 11-D to a 12-D, because according to scientists, there are actually 12 real dimentions. We can only see 3 here on earth with the human eye (up/down, left/right, and forward/backward).

I voted for 3-D however, its just much better. I love 2-D, but the graphics for 3D are just that much better.

SOURCE. NOW. Everything I've seen points to it being 10, 11, or 12. I like, want a source that says definitively that it is 12, because as far as I know there's more evidence pointing towards 11 than anything else

64D. There were 61 missing from the so-called Mario "64". I want it done right this time.

I heard it was 10 dimensions, but I'm not sure if that's counting time as a dimension.

Anyway, 2-D games are vastly superior to 3-D. They need to make more 2-D games.

For me, 2D is no contest for 3D.

2D is fun and all... but I prefer the deeper, more challenging 3D games.

For those who say "2D games are vastly superior to 3D games" then you are complete uther (censored).

In terms of potential, what's better? More possibilities? or less possibilities?

It's obvious that more potential = better.

As such, 3D > 2D

However...

Bad 3D < Good 2D.

It's not becease 3D is better that 3D games are better. It all varry on how the 3D engine is used.

Anyway, I'll stop since I'm giving fuel for a flame war...

It all depends on quality, mainly environment-wise. 3D games' quality can vastly differ depending how they're designed. A good 3D game can blow your mind and soak your pants, whereas a bad one can make you want to vomit (literally in some cases).

I loved the 3D incarnations of Mario, but I like the 2D versions the best. Animation and art just seems better expressed in 2D flat images.
