I'm messing around with the game, and I know there is a code around that you can select and put different items in the storage box with various effects.

Anyone have this code?

Various Items, like in Demo World - Legend Continues?

I think there might be some Action Replay codes somewhere, but they are likely to screw/freeze your game up if you use them incorrectly, or use the wrong/unknown items.

I believe custom blocks to put a lot of different items into the item box have already been made, and BMF released a fix that helps give the items correct graphics. I wish I could be more helpful, but I never really bothered with them myself.

The address for the reserve item box is 7E0DC2; you can put nearly anything in there without crashing the game, to the best of my knowledge.

Use the sprite IDs from LM as a guide for assigning values to that address.

Dont put in 07 and use it, it triggers the ending fire works display. Which doesn't work very well in a normal level.

The codes you put in are NOT the same as the sprite numbers.
I believe you subtract 0x73 (Correct me if i'm wrong, anyone.) from the number in hex mode, i.e. in Windows Calculator. (If it becomes negative, i.e. 0xFFFFFF## just take the last 2 numbers (in this case, ##))

Yar, sorry about that bit of misinformation; it's been a while since I've worked with it. Also, Alaric, I've tested that and it's correct as far as I can tell. A flower, sprite ID 0x75, is produced by assigning a value of 0x02 to that address, so yeah, it all works out.

Sorry about that, once again
