Well...I used Yoshi's Island v1.0 (U) for both the modified and unmodified versions. I'll just try making the patch again and see what happens. Thanks for the tip . | |||

The patch with a V1.0 rom is perfect. But if you patch it to the other version, you'll get graphical glitches all around! | |||

Once i downloaded it, it worked fine. I like it! it is more challenging than the orignal, i hate one of the flowers in the(i think) first level, where it was encased in blocks I'm still working on getting 100%! |

In 1-2, there is a flower in a ? cloud. Sometimes when the ? cloud is broken, the flower does not appear. This appears to happen most often when the ? cloud is broken while Yoshi is in mid-air, or standing on the vertically moving platform to the right of it. In 1-4, when getting the key in the room with the two green bullet cannons you have to use to get up, the bottom and middle red coins sometimes disappear if you miss them when going up to get the key and the flower/red coins to the left. |

Nice hack! That gave me an idea. Because you got an SMW-, why not make an SMW2- hack. Like the first hack, it will have bad level design, gliched enemies, and bad grammer(once a text editor is added to Eggvine). How would that sound? | |||

Oh, I don't think I would want to make a "minus-type" hack for YI, especially considering that EggVine was just released, and good hacks should be made for the time being. Just let me focus on my current YI hack please. I don't think people are going to be entertained by crap at this given point, or any point. | |||

Some people don't like of appear with many different sprites in the same level. I am one. But in case of SMW2YI I think it's not a bad idea, because it have a lot of different sprites that appears in a single level, like Chain Chomp and the Lakitu who shots fire. |

Alright, well, personally, I like using a variety of sprites in a level. It makes it less uniform, I suppose. So, I will continue to do so until someone else complains. | |||

me too, a good variety of sprites plus smart level ideas using FG and sprites make a hack a lot more interesting |
