I'm hacking a game called Super Baby Mario World.But I want to use Mario and Luigi without Yoshi and Without a star.Is there a way to delete Yoshi from using him?

This is Super Mario World hacking, not Yoshi's Island hacking.

Yes, but Yoshi's Island is also known as Super Mario World 2

But, this is not for SMW2, this is for SMW1. Go to the forum right above this one and ask there.

1) Open your favorite tile editor.
2) Load the SMW1 graphics.
3) Load the SMW2 graphics.
4) Find the Baby Mario and Luigi graphics and transfer them over to SMW1.

This can be troublesome, since it is not that easy to edit Mario's graphics; also Baby Mario does not have all the character poses what Mario could do in SMW, e. g. spinning while doing a spin jump, while shooting a fireball, flying up into the air etc.
But as for Yoshi ... simply don't place any question block with a Yoshi inside and avoid placing dotted eggs or (Baby) Yohis everywhere

It's possible to uncompress it with Lunar compress.

But then it won't work. Unless you tweak it/ASM hack SMW. Or change Baby mario graphics around so he fits in SMW somehow...

Then he'd look like an ogre baby. Don't do that. Just leave it alone. Perhaps you could have small Mario be baby mario with a cape, and have big Mario be all grown up. But making big Mario into a baby just won't work

I was just stating the obvious, because you can't magically have Big, Fire Flower, and Cape Mario's Collision Size shrunken down, somebody needs to alter it with ASM (unless there's an Address that has a set Value for his Collision height, but I doubt it).

I tried altering the Rex's Collision Height before, and I found the correct Address, but it didn't have an acsending value system to accuratly set the Height, it seemed that it may have been hard coded by ASM.
