Looks very good. Keep in mind that there were other problems with such "minus worlds" as well. I'd also like to see the "Game Genie" worlds that can be "unlocked" with game genie codes, in particular, the 12 or so string of levels given from ZIGPSK. There's a page on it on GameFAQs. Oh, and the original 0-1, although only accessable via Game Genie, was an underwater castle level with many dead ends. (edited by asdf on 10-20-05 04:35 AM) |

Originally posted by asdf Well, no. If it's not accessible by without a game genie, and if it's not well known, i won't be adding it. |

WTF is that. I believe the Minus Worlds changes the attributes of the header in SMB1 series. There are many duplicate rooms I see but attributes changed plus some betalized enemies. The minus world is a no such thing. Over 128 rooms were used. I really like the designs of this hack but kinda reminds me of the SMB3 Lost levels I designed for SMW. |

Seems like you're getting better, and better, peter_ac. The recent screens you've posted really looks well! You've been working seriously hard with this hack. Great work, again!

I cannot describe how awesome it is to see these Mushroom Nightmare levels in SMW... And in such a great hack, at that. I really like the artwork you're putting in the levels, too. It really expresses the levels well. |

Raccoon ear shouldn't be placed like this when Mario looks up... But you may not have the possibility to move it around, as the raccoon sprite is most likely independant from Mario's. |

The Minus Wolrd is the coolest project you made Pete. I rather have more fun looking at beta levels using YY's SMB1 level editor to see it.

Stifu is probably the only person to notice a flaw in these hacks and complain about it. I don't think three or four pixels out of place are going to make the game less fun. SMBDX and TLLDX are two of the best hacks I have ever seen.

I played the latest release of both of them and they were almost flawless. No hack is perfect.

Shane, I thought I told you to keep quiet me giving those to you. @ asdf: Wait until i ASK you to beta test it eh? And even then I want you to keep it in PMs. |
