I seem to be having an issue with gimp 2.8. It works fine whenever I'm root - i.e. sudo - but whenever I run it as... me, I get an "Unable to open a test swap file" error. I googled it, but all I've found was a headache. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing the folders in Preferences, but neither worked. Help!

It's likely that you'll need to find the full .iso. There are programs out there that can help you rip an SMG1 disc, but I think you need the right drivers. I tried once with my copy of Kirby Air Ride, but the disc couldn't be read, let alone ripped. You might have better luck with a 12 cm disc. ____________________ Sorry for the stupidity. I'd advise you to be careful when editing the green values since there's a chance you could screw something up.
