As far as I can tell there are no direct editors for modifying either the overload or the stages in Super Mario Bros 3: Super Mario Advance 4. The only one for SMB3: SMA4 I know of is for making e-Reader levels. |

There's a topic on this board that was started in 2009 about hacking the game and efforts for creating an editor. I never really followed it much, so I really don't know anything about it. It might be the editor that Superjustinbros is referring to that edits the E-Reader levels.

Update that SMA4 E-Reader stuff with http://acmlm.kafuka.org/uploader/get.php?id=4826
I specifically extracted the rare b-dash level from that dumped save, and turned it into an e-reader format .raw format, that will scan on a US e-reader, with an english name. Also included all of the other converted to english name levels as well.  |
