This belongs into H/S/B, and the usual course of action is to go into IRC (and contact an administrator) or to email an administrator, together with some proof of identity (which most typically would be simply using the email address set in your profile to contact the administrator to begin with - if you have no email address set, you wouldn't be able to recover your password in a more traditional system either way), asking for your password to be reset.

Please look at the forum index. The list of forum sections isn't that long.

Also, you can find out the administrators' contact information by going on the memberlist (linked in the board header), limiting the display to administrators and clicking on any of their usernames to see their respective profiles.
