I listen to a lot of metal and rap (or rap metal). It does make me get very psyched up sometimes. I like it that way.

Because ofthe same problem you mentioned I make sure to partition all my files cause I know that in 3 to 4 months time I'm gonna have to reinstall windows. It gets annoying but can't be avoided.

I don't think that ATi does Open GL. I remember when doom 3 came out using Open GL how only Nvidia cards only worked. Keep searching though their might be one.

God sakes... You people don't know anything. The world isn't supposed to end according to the christians. Only the anti-christ could be born. QOUTE - iron maiden/bible

The devil sends the beast with wrath for he knows that time is short. Let him who hath understanding reckon the number of the beast, for its number is a human number. Six hundred and sixty six.

Anti-christ rules for 7 years. Will edit post later

You really should have made an engine first. That is always te first thing to be done when you make a game. Oh and I suggest you get somebody who is good with online databases causes your gonna need one. And somebody who has helped create at least 2 online games that are run on servers.

Sure, leave out the online, but be sure your engine/code is going to be open and accepting to it, and that it's flexible enough to make smooth adjustments for online extensions.

My only concern here is the engine itself. I see many projects with much ambition just slowly die because an adequate engine cannot be made, or no one is willing to do it. So I will really suggest now (I'm not suggesting you discontinue all other work before this is done, but don't pause the engine work before "other" things are done first either), to really find someone capable of doing this, or work could end up being put to loss. Having an engine also gives you another basis to do your design work on and can speak out your limitations and/or suggest the next steps in what you can/can't design.

Now theres a good point. Listen to him. If you dont have an engine, all your work will be for nought

Get a magnetic tape wiper and use it on the drive... then keep the drive or sell it on ebay as a formatted drive.

Any car worth the time of day of even looking at has had years of personal loving work done to it. Even those peice of shit rice rockets have more soul to them than that fugly pos. It's looks like a cross between the batmobile and a clown car. Gimme Joe Shmoe's personal attempt to copy the Callaway Sledgehammer any day.

Soooo true. At least some ricers take loving caare of their car and spend almost all their money on it. The person who boughtt it did not spend 4 years rebuilding the engine from scratch or welding new aero-bodykits. No he jsut bought the damn thing!

Haven't been around for a while but I'm back and starting some new rojects. Would like approval.

I'm looking around for level editor data on Kirby's Nightmare in dreamland, and hope to make an edditor (my disappeareance has been due to a large amount of time being spent on learning C++). I might need a few helping hands here or there but I just thought I would keep people posted. The last bit of hacking I treid with F-Zero Maxiumum Velocity. I can use my brain cells and can use a hex editor etc etc.

[There now you have a history.]
