If you didn't, it makes the div go way beyond the lower edge of the table cell when the text is large, instead of expanding the table with it like normal.

I know there is a solution to this, I just can't remember wtf it was.

Height element actually rarely works right if it is not specified in pixels. I suggest to set the parent element bg to the color you want.

Posted on 07-31-06 06:15 PM, in DB, DBZ, or DBGT? Link
Dragon Ball, because when it had to be tragic and dramatic, it was much more succesful than DBZ, and had humour and boobs as well. This doesn't apply to Piccolo's death though.

What kind of killed the anime was having it parallel time-wise to the manga, which equals to a lot filler.

While I can agree on that with Lain, I think Elfen Lied FLCL and Paranoia Agent aren't that (due to a lack for a better word) "weird". The first was drama and tragedy on steroids, the second is your traditional "boy feelings are maturing and is in love of someone older tha him" with a crazy twist, and the third is one of the most lovely symbolic social critiques I have seen. I would have mentioned Evangelion as well, but that a little more mainstream than the others. EoE had a suffocating amount of sexual connotations.

Besides, if I wanted weird humor (people seem to think FLCL is the epitome of fun), I'd go for Sexy Commando Gaiden or Guu or something.

I loved FLCL because Haruko reminds me of someone I know IRL.

It is actually part of the design (most of it gets hidden anyway), however, for some reason my css gets ignored, regardless wither I put it all directly inside the style tag or import it. Any help?

This is slightly offtopic, but you can't just say things are copyright you and then expect them to be copyrighted. If you don't pay for a copyright, then anyone can take anything you do. On top of that, putting copyright on something without owning the copyright is illegal.

As a matter of fact, I ripped this layout from an old site I made, which certainly would hold a copyright (due to some concerns I won't discuss here). The site never saw the day of the light, and portions its design are being recycled as a layout test .

I kept the message for the sake of humour and a dirty movie reference.

And now that I look at it, it ceratinly looks cluttered, and borked.

bleh.

It seems freewebs doesn't hate hotlinking after all. But I guess I really need a new host. Any suggestions?

While I understand your point, in terms of development I'd suggest to work with something already available, at least for a "quick setup" (ie, until you have nearly everything else done), and then look for an actual artist.

Which is why those programs suggest you to install them in a different drive/partition than the one you want to recover data from.

Currently, very sketchy, only the sky really has any work to be put into it, far from complete. Comments, ideas, etc. appreciated.

I prefer to have it externally, so whenever I make a change, it'll be global. I won't need to fix individual posts.

Riku: What res do you use? I think there is very little content witha fixed size that would stretch your window.

Not bad looking artwork.

TERRIBLE looking website layout. There is a horrid choice of colors and overall lack of structure. Read a litttle on color theory, please. Also, you might want to read a lot of A List Apart. In particular:
