You could be in a coma for months if you were foolish enough. The best way to avoid damage from the Mind Bird is just go completely limp, and think of nothing. And when you do that, I will have won the battle! So choose, Cappa. Internal damage and a coma for months, or lose one battle. The correct answer is obvious." Schwa's hands flare up with ether, as if he's preparing for another attack. | |||

| The Zraku leaps high into the air and dodges the attack, but the blob attack is still heading toward Schwa. Schwa doesn't dodge nearly as gracefully as the Zraku, but at least he wasn't hit. Now the Zraku speaks with a telepathic message. "Schwa, what's the best way to defeat that thing?" Schwa smiles. "I'll take care of the Silver Blob and APH at the same time. You and I can just stand back and support with ranged attacks." Schwa folds his arms across his chest, and his whole body becomes surrounded in blue ether. Then the ether flashes red for a second, and four blue wisps appear out of an invisible portal above Schwa's head. Three of them circle APH, one of them circles the Silver Blob. "You remember these, right? These are identical shards of my spirit, which I broke off and placed in the Etheral Dimmension. I didn't want your ally to be lonely, so I gave him one, too. But, uh... I'm a little curious about what you said... 'You have so many summoning moves it would boggle my mind'... Do you really? Or was that just a sike-out?" |

| "You, Shadow, pointed a loaded gun at me and said if I resisted, you'd shoot me! That's a threat for sure." Schwa's fist turns blue again, and he thrusts in forward, releasing the ball of ether into the center of the arena. "Gyrowell!!!" (echo effects) The ball of ether transforms into a ball of magnetic energy, pulling everything in except Schwa. The strength of the gravwell is weak, not strong enough to pull Shadow in if he resisted, but it would be enough to throw anyone off balance in midair unless they used expert skill. "Good luck trying to hit me in here," Schwa taunts as he does a frontflip towards the well. He lands real close to it, but it doesn't affect him since it's his technique. From his position, Schwa starts firing energy rings toward wherever Shadow is standing. |

| As Cappa puts everything out of his mind, the Mind Bird starts to die. But Schwa, instead of attacking, sits down and talks to himself. "What have I done? Sparring shouldn't be this serious. I've wronged myself by letting pride control me. This was origonally a friendly sparring match... I'm such a fool..." Schwa slowly walks up to the protected battle suit, and uses his last move. Instead of attacking, Schwa uses his ability Etheral Mending to completely heal Cappa. Then he turns around, walks to the edge of the dome, and wavers out of existance. Minutes later, a fast moving figure riding a crystal disc can be seen riding away from the abandoned space station, back towards his home planet where the Crystal Psipalace awaits. Shame and anger races through Schwa's mind as he makes his way home. "I let pride take over... I'm a disgrace... I need more emotional training..." By now, the virus in Cappa's nervous system is no more. |

| To Kahunah, it's strange how people Autism to be a disease. I was telling someone about Aspurger's once, and she said, "Well, I hope you get over your disease." Talk about clueless! If there's a person out there who thinks social problems comes from a disease, they need a head-scan. To GbBoy, I have a bone to pick with you. Your argument is that "Being Autistic is not better than being not Autistic". You said if I think being socially inept is better than typical social skills, then I'm mistaken. Well, I'm sorry, but Autism is a LOT more than just poor social skills! In fact, Aspugers can be considered "the agents" of Autism. We're the people that give the teachers and scientists direct information about Autism. I have been to the University of Washington, and I had them do FOUR tests on my brain to get results which they'd use in a professional report about Autism! I had an MRI scan, which I got paid $50 for. I wore a hat with a lens on it that tracked the coordinates of my pupils for a visual test, which paid me $25. I let them attach a network of electrodes to my head for a test on my brainwaves, which I got 25$ from. And I let them attach electrodes to my face for a sensory test, $30. I'm also due for a 5th test, another brainwave test, which I'll get $25 more from. Here's the deal. My bretheren, who are fully Autistic, aren't blessed with some of the things I'm blessed with, like people who understand them. That's where I come in. My job is to be a symbol for them, Gb boy. I symbolize those who need a symbol. My brothers and sisters, Gb boy. This is something you'll never understand, I'm afraid, and because of that I don't care to hear your negative opinions about my blessing of Aspurger's. Get the facts before flaming. And by the way, being Special Ed doesn't always mean you have Autism. *turns to stunned crowd* Anyone else? |

| "Blessing of Defense!!!" (echo effects) Schwa holds a fist toward Zraku, and she becomes surrounded with white, windlike sparks, upping her defense by an extra 50%. Schwa isn't upgraded, though, and as the blast hits them both, Schwa comes out scorched. The Zraku is nearly unharmed. "Better me than my companion, huh Zraku?" Schwa chuckles. "Yeah, and I deserved it after being attacked so hard by that Jason guy. Thanks for the defense-up, friend. I have an idea, let's try our Team Attack!" Schwa smiles. "Good idea, friend. Get ready, Jarukoth; Zraku and I are about to unleash our teamwork power on you!!" Schwa kneels and holds up one palm, which starts getting brighter and more ethery. Zraku starts gracefully dashing toward Jarukoth. Finally, Schwa fires a trio of awesome energy rings out of his charged-up palm, at Jarukoth. The rings are in alignment with Zraku, too. Zraku leaps up right before the rings reach her, and the rings hit her! Instead of being hurt, Zraku absorbs the psi rings and gains extra attack power, then releases a mighty psychic beam from her mouth at Jarukoth, close range. The beam is wide. "Yeah, way to go Zraku!!" Schwa encourages. |

| The eagle (called a Sparky Eagle) is sent spiraling to the ground after one hit, but regains flight and takes to the air. It shrieks again, and a bolt of lightning comes down on Luke again, though this time it's accurate, stopping him in his tracks from hitting the goblin. Then, ironically, the goblin runs up and whacks Luke with his own flute. "How 'bout I up my ally's abilities? Blessing of Attack!!!" (echo effects) Schwa holds a hand in the air, and red sparks start circling the Sparky Eagle, upping it's attack power by 50%. Schwa fires a quick series of weak energy bolts at Luke to finish his move. "That wyvern is so majestic... too bad it's a foe, not an ally." |

| OOC: It DOESN'T?! C'mon, it has to! Limit yourself to a certain number of multiplies per turn. "APH, you don't know everything about the blue wisps, do you? Remember, I assigned one to your silver blob. And it seems that wisp categorized the multiplying as an attack! This platform won't be able to hold two armies of multiplying creatures!" The wisp around the first blob starts morphing... in 6 seconds it has become what looks like a pool of bubbling, blue jelly. As soon as the jelly appears, it starts to split into 2 of itself. The two smaller blue jellies then grow into full-sized ones. "Whoa!!! Did you see that?! I bet your blobs can't grow back into full-size after splitting! Of course, yours can multiply faster... but I also think yours aren't made of acid, and mine are! See the bubbles? It looks like acid to me. We shall see in a moment." One of the Blue Jellies slithers over to APH and envelops his right foot. It burns away at his shoe, just like acid. The other jelly completely envelops one of the tiny blobs, and eats away at it as well. Meanwhile, the Zraku speaks to APH telepathically. "Be careful with your blobs, APH. One with too many allies can cause them to be out of control." |

| "Ew! Zraku, get these blobs off me in any means necessary!" Schwa cries. Zraku sighs, sad that she's the one who must save the day again, and fires a fountain of powerful, holy energy at Schwa and the 15 blobs. Being weak, the small blobs should be all destroyed, and Schwa doesn't take damage from holy attacks. The one Blue Jelly that got hit by the vial dissolved away, and APH notices the steel platform is partially melted where the Blue Jelly used to be. The other Blue Jelly is left, but doesn't multiply. Actually it falls through the floor, because it has accidentally eaten a hole in the steel. The Blue Jelly lands on the steep hill below and slithers away, killing all plants it touches. Schwa gets up off the ground. "Crud, those blobs of yours multiply like rabbits! Summon something else next time, or teach your Silver Blobs to only multiply one time. Not even I go around raising armies against single foes!" Zraku nods in agreement. Then she says, Schwa, APH still has 3 pieces of your spirit orbiting him. Will you really need me for this fight? I mean, I know I came in handy when you were being blobbed, but..." Schwa shrugs. "You can be a spectator until he summons again, I suppose. Just cheer me on for now, okay? And wish APH a happy birthday." Zraku looks at APH. "Oh, it's your birthday? Well, happy birthday, APH." |

| The blow to the goblin was so powerful it knocked it out, and the ice-breath killed the Sparky Eagle by freezing it solid. Schwa was amazed at how fast his foes were moving, but wasn't too upset at he watched the third wisp activate... ...and turn into another Flute Goblin! Only this one is wearing orange robes with jagged white stripes down the sides. He smiles wily, and attacks Luke, moving so fast he's a blur (just like Luke). In less than a second, he hit Luke with a powerful bash with his flute, and had also returned to Schwa's side. "And now, to make my Quick Goblin even more invincible, Blessing of Defense!!!" (echo effects) White sparks start circling the Quick Goblin, upping it's defense by 50%. "Isn't it wild when someone uses your own attacks against you? Don't worry about it, there are no more wisps left to bother you. There is one mighty fast goblin, though." The Quick Goblin smirks a toothy smirk and pats his weapon, the flute. |

| The Quick Goblin blocks the wyvern's bite by bashing it in the mouth before he attacks. Schwa, tries to block, too, using the ether around his hands to psychically deflect the blow. However, he blocks in the wrong spot. "Oof! "Fine, if you're too fast for me I'll just throw off your balance. Gyrowell!!!" (echo effects) Schwa throws a ball of ether in the middle of the fray, which transforms into a ball of pulsing, magnetic energy. This ball pulls everything in, and although it isn't super strong (Luke and the Wyvern could easily resist), it would be enough to throw off the balance of anyone in midair, unless they used expert skill. "And here's a hint, Luke. I can detonate this thing whenever I want. Another hint, the well doesn't affect good ol' Schwa, or his goblin." |

| "Well, I learned some speed attacks as well, but the one I'm thimking of is a little tricky to use. But here goes... GravBoost Aura!!!" (echo effects) Schwa's ether changes to green, and he holds his hands in the air. A giant, green, glowing circle appears on the platform, covering the center of the arena. By now, APH is almost to Schwa, so Schwa does a frontflip over APH and lands on his feet in the circle. The moment Schwa touches the circle, Schwa's ether starts to cycle through blue, green, yellow and white. "Yeah, the GravBoost Aura feels really cool! It's a shame that only my allies benefit from the increased dexterity and agility, but hey, someday APH and I will be in a team battle, so I'll use it again when that happens.  "Schwa doesn't attack his foe this turn, because he's honorable and he'd like to do melee combat as APH suggested. |

| My apologies, Gb boy. But to me, it is wonderful. I like the idea of being so unique compared to, say, all the other goofballs at my school. I like the idea of being someone with a legal disability, but surpassing many people in school and proving that it's possible for a SpEd student to be sucessful. Like I said, I'm a symbol. | "I got a better idea. How 'bout we also downgrade our opponents silly!!" Schwa replies. Moonbeam of Stormbird!!!" (echo effects) Schwa fires his energy-eating attack at the jade gauntlet, disabling it for quite a while. Then he does an insane pose. "Ha ha! What do you think, Zraku?" Zraku shakes her head. "Isn't the purpose of battling to beat the other guy?" "Yeah," Schwa answers, "But nobody said it was against the rules to get silly." |

| OOC: Everything except magic, psi and energy is slightly pulled in from the gravity well. Luke's energy blast hits the gravity well, but the attack is simply absorbed, making the well grow brighter. Schwa gets a little upset for some reason. "Uh, Luke, don't do that too much, okay? If that well detonates by brute force, the explosion will me over 100 times more powerful and will end the battle in a draw." The wyvern's blast closes in on Schwa, but the Quick Goblin dashes in front of him first to parry with his flute. The parry doesn't work too well, and the Quick Goblin is hurt. But then, the goblin looks at his flute curiously. Then he seems to be contemplating something. "Uh oh, you didn't give him an idea, did you?" Schwa askes. But the goblin's done thinking. He starts playing the same song he listened to Luke play, hoping for an energy blast. Doesn't work. "Meh. That creature was only created with the attack the wisp studied, so no special bard powers. Well, I think this calls for a game of catch!" Schwa points to Luke, and the gravity well starts to slowly move toward Luke and his wyvern... the closer it gets, the more they can feel the pull. |

| "I'm not taking any chances. Status Purge!!!" (echo effects) When Schwa activates this psi, he shakes as if being electrocuted for a second. He reels from this after it's done. "I don't generally like doing that to myself 'cause it hurts! Picture being squeezed by a snake as thick as a redwood trunk. But it does remove all negative spells cast on someone... positive too, for that matter." Schwa looks at Zraku for approval, and she nods. "This is off the subject, but I'm feeling really energized today, almost like I'm overflowing with mana. I think it's time to burn some of that off. Let's see, what's a good technique that burns away a lot of mana... ...Oh, how 'bout Air Elementals? I think APH remembers those guys pretty well, huh Zraku?" "Stop chatting and summon one! I can't stick around forever of I'll get weak. I live in the Etheral Dimmension, remember?" Schwa nods and does a backflip to one corner of the platform, ready to summon an Air Elemental. "Here goes!! ... ... !! Oh. (sigh) I already used Status Purge this turn. Zraku, will you get up here and defend me until APH finishes attacking?" Zraku sighs and gracefully leaps to defend the preparing Schwa. |

| "Hey, I wasn't charging. It's just that I can't use special abilities all the time, I have to wait a few moments between them. You too, APH. "But now I'm ready! Summon Air Elemental!!!" (echo effects) Schwa's ether changes to white, and flies into the air in a great swirl. Soon, a living tornado materializes in the middle of the arena after a burst of wind. It's about a foot taller than Schwa, and has three balls of lightning circling the funnel on top. "This is a stronger version of the Air Elemental you fought before. It has electricity attacks this time as well as it's classic moves. Perhaps you're familiar with..." Schwa leaps straight in the air, and the elemental catches him, encasing Schwa inside. This time, Schwa and the elemental gain electric currents running through both of their bodies. "Now I'm invunerable, and the elemental almost is. These elementals are very gentle inside, and once a warrior earns their trust they become extremely powerful. I can no longer worry about the elemental going out of control, and I can communicate telepathically with it as well. This living tornado and I share a bond now, not just a master/servant relationship. And we'll use it to overpower you!" Schwa hovers inside the tornado, very still, as the elemental streaks toward APH with it's Lightning Dash attack, an attack that penetrates shields and does average damage. |

| "What are you doing?!! You can kill off an entire community by overloading the gravity well! Hurrr... Detonate." As Schwa says detonate, the well does, but not in an explosion. It actually shrinks away into nothing, releasing a shockwave in every direction along the ground. The Quick Goblin and Schwa leap over the shockwave, unharmed. The shockwave dies out before it gets to Luke and the wyvern. Schwa seems ticked. "You're so clueless it ain't even funny. Well, to teach you, I'll use some moves I only learned a few days ago. Go, Emotional Rockets!!!" (echo effects) Schwa focuses, and around him appear three tiny cones of energy; a blue one, a yellow one, and a red one. They hover over Schwa's shoulders. "This blue rocket is for joy, yellow for sorrow, and red for anger. They work best when launched one at a time. They're locked on to your spirit the same way Alpha Psibeam was, but each one has a vastly different effect. "First, let's launch Joy at you and see what happens!" Schwa points his fist at Schwa, and the blue energy cone flies at an incredible speed at Luke, homing in on him. A shield appears around it as it flies, stopping elemental-based attacks from intercepting it. |

| OOC: Where did Star come from? ...Hee hee, you made a typo. Check it out. As the note is played, the blue cone wavers a bit but still closes in at full speed. It hits hard and combusts into blue glitter, but Luke doesn't take any damage... Suddenly, great memories of his life flash through Luke's head for a moment. It's a great feeling! Schwa seems happy, too, and when the effect wears off after 3 seconds, Schwa explains. "The Joy attack, when it hits, brings up good memories of your life instead of harming you. The joy from your memories released positive spiritual energy, earning me back some of my health. Thank you! "Now for a completely different feeling. Ready? Release the Sorrow attack!" Schwa holds the flat end of his hand toward Luke, and the yellow cone takes off at Luke in the same way as the blue one did. The Quick Goblin gets ready for a parry if necessary. OOC: Yeah, there's a healing move in there, but it's kind of considered an attack since I had to hit you for it to work. And it didn't heal much, anyway. I thought it would be fine. |
