Skills: I can read. I have various other skills that have no use for staff. I'm applying to mod General Chat, I don't know what you want to see here. I can detect sarcasm well?

Highest level: Local mod. I've been higher on other boards, but that shouldn't matter, and I don't know why other people are listing their positions on places outside of Acmlm's Board.

Forum to Moderate and why: General Chat. I'm currently local mod there. I know what's appropriate and what isn't, and I enjoy checking out that forum.

Recommendations: ||bass, Legion, Yiffy Kitten, Toxic, knuck, drjayphd, Trapster, Elric, Hiryuu. I'm not going to go around asking for any, but if you read this and want to give a recommendation, drop me a PM.

Reasons: I use common sense. I've been around for a while, I know how to moderate the forums here. I'm pretty sure nobody has a conflict with my being a mod.
I'm also sticking around. I've had a few absences from this place, and I recently returned from a long one. Too much internet and a lot of schoolwork wears me down. I've recently returned, and I now have that little break out of my system. Summer vacation is coming up, and I pretty much have no life, so my activity will greatly increase. I'm only applying for one forum so I can better focus my attention, and hopefully make a difference as a part of th is staff.

I've always been drawn to Nintendo, is there a possibility that they could be knocked off the videogame market? I don't follow news or anything, except that I know it's behind PS2 and X-Box
Though I doubt I'll be able to afford this anytime soon. But man.. online Super Smash Bros? They gotta do that.
Can't wait to get more information.

Sometimes.. both from the library and the comp. No one really cares. I've done it a few times this year, because I decided to spend time with myself, and it gets dull.
I don't really like to because it's embarrasing for anyone to see. There's this girl who's ALWAYS in the library computer room whenever I go in there and she's always on a message board roleplaying or something. She can spend the entire 30 minute of lunch on one longass post.
I don't want to be that nerd.

I don't know. Fire is painful, and I'm afraid of swimming, and I hate dirt under my nails, and windy days suck.
But water and air are nice for like.. living and stuff. Guess I'll pick water.
Why is it always fire, earth, water, and wind? Where did these choices originate from?

That looks nice. I liked the Pac-Man "C" he had before though.
His artwork is the bomb, wonder how long it takes for him to make all this stuff.. jeeze.

As for the layout itself.. I don't know. I think I preferred the old look better, but I haven't seen it in a while, so I can't say for sure.

Wouldn't we just see a lot more posts getting reported for minor reasons?
Then again, a few flamings occur without even a warning, don't they? The report post option could prompt people to bring it to a mod's attention.. which would be better on a larger board.
I think at this time the PM feature works just fine.

That's what I've been doing for a long time. I don't have the money to buy every new thing that comes out, and I'm not interested in reading articles about electronics.

I didn't know the release date of the DS until weeks after it came out.

For me, it's just more enjoyable this way. If I had a lot of money I can't say it'd be the same. Recently I learned about this Yoshi game for DS from talking to someone, so I'm earning up money for that. I don't know what better things or out, and I don't care.

I don't do it to avoid "the media circus." I remember when I would read everything in Nintendo Power. I cut my subscription about two years ago because of how things changed. I don't know if the magazine changed or if I did, but it wasn't fun anymore.
