Yea Flurries just run in to attack you at a constant speed until you jump over and they miss you...then they try to turn around and run after you on the ice and usually slide a ways before doing so. |

Yea I remember playing Mario RPG on my Pentium 166 and not getting any better than slow Frameskip 9 at times, hitting a grand total of 2 or 3 FPS. Tetris Attack was even worse at times. |
But the ones that don't suck the hell out of your CPU, that run at a decent rate (back then I could tolerate 3/4 Frameskip most times...), are pretty much worth the time and effort. I mean heck...it was enough for me to beat the FFs (minus Mystic Quest) and Chrono Trigger...I'm pretty sure it can do a lot more than that too.

I think I remember something relatively similar to me destroying the board and everything with it a few times, and not by accident either, I dunno...maybe it's some Freudian thing.

I'd probably try simplifying it a tad...but then I've always tried to keep my layouts relatively simple...I just don't like them being cluttered.

I guess you COULD keep the score on the bottom for EXP and such...but that's going out of your way just a tad. |
And for what it's worth, it's already a relatively decent and original layout. I'd go with what you have now.

I've heard nothing of it before, I really haven't. My best advice, if you don't have an up-to-date anti-virus (first off, GET ONE) or firewall (GET ONE)...then I'd go here and try to see if something doesn't come up. |
If it's creating files on it's own without it being some sort of system cache...I'm going to assume it's a virus...it wouldn't make sense otherwise.

I should try looking into whoever did the Yuu Yuu Hakusho: Final pirate to the NES...weirdest music on the NSF that I have (#8 being Ryu's theme from Steet Fighter 2)...but the game on the SNES was really good (and probably underrated for as many people have seen it). (restricted) |
