| Jarukoth: "Alright, now I'm a bit annoyed..." "Summoning!" A large cloud of smoke erupts from the ground, concealing Jarukoth for a brief moment. As it begins to clear, the ninjas can see Jarukoth standing on the back of a GIANT black cucco, wearing a crown on it's head... Jarukoth: "Allow me to introduce, the King Cucco." With an earsplitting crow, the massive cucco charges at the only visible ninja, the earth shaking under it's giant talons with every step... OOC: Feel free to give King Cucco a health bar, just like you did with Ragiko. |

| Shino quickly rolls to the side, and flips back up to his feet as the blade comes crashing down near him... Shino: "Byakugan!" His ocular skill, enabling 360 degree vision, activates, as he sizes up the situation. He seems like a primarily close range fighter. His heavy armor, weapon and wording all seemed to indicate this point. Plus, there was the unresolved issue of how fast he was... Shino: "So...time to play keep away, I suppose..." Shino reaches into his jacket, pulling out a pair of heavy iron balls. After swinging them around in his hand for a moment, the crowd can see that they are actually a pair of bolas. A second later, Shino hurls the bolas at Legault, aiming for his legs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Jarukoth: "Well, I was right. | While I can't put a label on the one thats better than all others, the ending of FFX was pretty damn good. Spoiler: When Tidus jumps off the ship to meet his father, as Yuna tells him she loves him...that's touching stuff right there... | Nimue returned the hug without hesitation, relieved that the girl is alright. Nimue: "Think nothing of it. Just remember that if you ever need me again, I'll be here..." Nimue holds her in a very warm, nurturing manner...until she picks up on the same troubling feeling Ada has. However, the force, whatever it may be, still seems rather distant, and doesn't seem to be of much concern at the moment... Jarukoth himself is also beginning to feel the approaching threat. However, he does nothing to inform or indicate that there would be a problem. Instead, he casually walks over to the DJ, and whispers something into his ear. DJ: "Time now for the last dances of the day! Now's your chance to dance with anyone, including the bride and groom!" He figured it would be best to let the guests enjoy themselves a bit more before the reception concluded. They should have more than enough to to dance, enjoy themselves and leave before any trouble follows them here... |

| No, I haven't forgotten that. The shock of Gaara = Kaiba was just too much shock at one time. Not that this is any better... If memory serves, Bosch was the 2nd Black Ranger after some of the first kids left the show, then took over as the Green Ranger in later incarnations. |

Jarukoth observes Kari's moves as she dancing. Once he has watched them for a while, he deactivates his ocular skill... Jarukoth: "Ada, would you care to give it a try?" Ada: "Sure. I'm game if you are..." Jarukoth then hears Schwa's somewhat urgent inquiry. He had forgotten all about the multitude of telepaths present. He thinks back a reply... Jarukoth: "DiEn are attuned to the prescence of other DiEn related forces. A few of us picked up on a large force gathering in the distance, but not to worry. Even if they were headed here, we should still have more than enough time to do some dancing, then be on our way before they arrive." "This is still a wedding, after all. | drjayphd: Finally! I thought I was the only DKM fan on here... Three Inches of Blood - Destroy the Orcs I haven't heard too much from these guys yet. My friend told me about them just recently, and I like what I hear so far. I actually like to make a habit of cranking up this song whenever I play WoW, and I'm about to enter Battlegrounds.  A definite must for anyone who's a fan of fantasy gaming, or just good metal. |

| Shino: "Comeoncomeoncomeon..." Shino worries a bit after Legault escapes the bolas with a surprising amount of speed. However, his little monologing moment quickly eases his fears. Legault's speech provides more than enough time for the bolas to activate thier secondary effect; a loud noise coupled with a bright flash of light upon contact. Flashbangs concealed in bola balls, to be precise. Thanks to the flash of light, the shadows of Shino and Legault suddenly expand. However, they do not dissipate along with the light. instead, they connect with each other and expand, creating what can only be a giant shadow 'puddle' around the two, if shadows had the physical consistancy to form such things... However, that idea didn't even come close to entering Shino's mind. All that he cared about was that as Legault's sword came crashing down, Shino disappears into the shadow, and is nowhere to be seen for the moment. Suddenly, a voice comes out of nowhere, and can be heard by everyone... Shino: "Confused? Don't be. I'll make it simple for you. Just ask yourself one question: 'Do I first focus on fighting Shino, or..." Shino's torso begins to rise out of the shadow behind Legault... Shino: "...do I first find a way out of his Shadow Matrix attack?" Three more throwing knives drop from his sleeve and into his hand, and Shino hurls them with his trademark skill at his opponent... ------------------------------------------------------------------- Ada: "Hmm. A fair bit of move explanation in this fight, I'd say. " Jarukoth: "Yeah. Normally, I just rely on the commentary of other characters to further explain my skills..." Ada: "..." Jarukoth: "...What?" Suddenly, Ada feels a bit of pain in her stomach... Ada: "I...I don't feel so good..." Ada quickly dashes to the skybox bathroom with an unusual urgency, slamming the door behind her... Ada: *retching* Jarukoth: "...Honey?" |

| The chain wraps around King Cucco's neck, bringing him down, and severely restricting his mobility. It looks like the spears is going to hit, dispelling King Cucco... "Kenjutsu - Kogetsu Zan!" [Sword Skill - Crecent Moon Slash] Jarukoth's massive slash destroys the spear in midair, saving King Cucco. Jarukoth: "I'm not out yet! Or, have you just forgotten?" A few hand seals later, and a heavy slash into the dirt ground... "Kenjutsu - Ryuusa Bakuryu Zan!" [Sword Art - Desert Avalanche Slash] Jarukoth's deep cut creates a massive displacement of earth and sand, which fly high into the air. The sand and earth soon form into a massive tidal wave of sorts, ready to come crashing down on top on half of the ninjas... |

Shino: "...Okay. I'll be back soon." Shino quickly dashes out the door of the reception hall to the front of the building, where he finds Schwa waiting, creating wisps... Shino: "Come on, Schwa. Let's get back to the party. We're on the last dance, and if you don't..." "Wait...you feel that?" Shino puts his ear down on the ground. He can feel many vibrations, increasing with intensity with each passing second. Shino: "...Byakugan!" With his enhanced eyesight, he looks far off into the distance, and sees a most troubling sight... Shino: "Oh...SHIT!" ...An army of seemingly hundreds of angry Tauren warriors can be seen approaching the AcmlmBoard Building. One of them points to something, and shouts to the rest of the group. Tauren: "FOR THE HORDE AND CABRALITAS!!!" The group of angry warriors then burst into a full out sprint at the AcmlmBoard building, the thundering hooves of the stampede creating tremors that the people inside the building would most likely feel... Shino: "So, that's what you were doing, Jansen..." |

| I see a few things wrong with your logic, D. 1) Well, apparently I care.  2) We both know we'll be watching at least ONE episode of the dub, to assess the damage. 3) Spoiler: The Fuuma Clan arc was a filler. Filler arcs don't count. I wouldn't take them too seriously, as we all know they suck in retrospect. 4) I have never really understood how people watching it can ruin a series. At most, stupid fans can make it a bit uncool to watch a series (along with bad dubs), but that's about it. 5) Obviously the further you stray from the base material, the more retarded the result will be. We've seen this before with DBZ (in more ways than one). There will still be fresh raws coming out for both the anime and manga, so it's not like Naruto will be crushed to oblivion once the english dub comes out. |

| Jarukoth quickly dashes up to the King Cucco's head as he begins to get pelted with bombs. With it's last ounce of strength, the King Cucco launches Jarukoth off it's head, sending him flying into the air... Jarukoth: "Dispel!" With another burst of smoke, the large cucco vanishes as quickly as it appeared. Then with the added hangtime, he draws a few shuriken... "Shadow Shuriken!" Jarukoth hurls the shuriken at the now exposed ninjas. As the shuriken fly, they begin to multiply in number in midair, all streaking towards their targets... |

Shino melts back into the shadow, vanishing for a moment, and reappearing beside Legault. A pair of chains, covered in knives, fire out from the sleeves of his coat, attempting to wrap themselves around Legault... Shino: "I won't let you get away...not when the crowd is getting into it..." ------------------------------------------------- Jarukoth: "Honey? You ok?" Ada steps out a moment later, not looking too good... Ada: "I've been better..." Jarukoth: "...Maybe I should take you down to the infirmary." Ada: "I'll go myself." Jarukoth: "...You sure?" Ada: "Yeah. I'll be alright." With that, Ada leaves. Jarukoth wasn't worried too much. She was strong, and she could take care of herself. ...Besides, right now his friend could use his support, even though it seemed like Shino wouldn't need it at the moment... |
