I wonder why most poeple aren't on summer vacation yet?  My last day of school was May 5th  (yea, I also graduated, so I got done 2 weeks earlier than the rest of the school, but they still got done around May 20th).I was starting to wonder if most of the schools around the world let out this late in the summer (I've already been on Summer vacation for more than a month, and I still have about 2 1/2 to 3 months left (yes it is college, but it still starts only one week after the rest of the public schools in my area) Has anyone else besides Kwan gotten out of school almost as early as I did? | If you wanted to import an N64 Song into SMW, then you would have to manually rewrite the song yourself, and it won't sound exactly the same (the quality of the song wouldn't be quite as good), but I'm sure you could get it to sound similar. (edited by Atma X on 06-12-04 09:04 PM) |

| Yes, please do. I think the majority of the people could use it because most people use Windows (and if they don't have the latest version of Direct X, well we all know that Direct X isn't hard to find, so that wouldn't be a problem). | I think people should wait about 3-6 (or more) months before publically releasing a hack,...that's if the're an oldbie. If the're a newbie, than they should wait 1-2 years. People need to show A LOT of progress before releasing a hack, other wise, the player gets bored because there's only 1 world to play,... and then the next version gets released about 2 months later. It's like starting a game, and only playing part of it, then restarting it from the beginning and playing to a further point in the game,... and then restarting it again, and so on. |

| Yes, that's what it is (I just never knew the name for it). The "Change Max Event 6x6 Tile Area" window just changes how many of the Event Tiles use big Event Tiles, instead of smaller ones. | |||

| Can't you download the newest version of DX?, if not, I would say to go with choice 2. Edit: I'll grab the link for you if you need it for the newest version of Direct X. | I have it too, although mine barely affects me anymore, I've learned how to control it for the most part (never do it in public, at all costs). I know all of the things you've experienced (except the Hand Washing obssesion), but what helps me is to just not do it no matter how much it bothers me, because I know it's not really worth it (I let it slide a bit at home), and it usually goes away after a minute. The main thing that bothers me is feeling like I have to touch things a lot, but I've pretty good about keeping that undercontrol for the most part. Another thing is that sometimes I would feel like I was acting a little stupid at times, but I really wasn't, it was just the anxiety of the OCD (I'm finally past that point for good ).I also hate the stress it causes, but I hardly let it get to that point anymore (it used to be pretty bad). I also was afraid to do simple things such as saying hi to someone, but never knew it was caused from OCD, but I've gotten over that for the most part. I don't know what the best advise to give you is, but I think you just have to be really determined to get rid of it, and realize that it only makes your life worse the more you do it, and for long periods of time (somewhere from a week to a month) you need to go against doing any of it as best as possible, and you'll feel a lot better if you can do it (you'll at least be able to get it to a minimal level, and then if you hold back on it some more [even with a small period of doing the obssesions], it'll help a lot more). Edit: I also noticed that it lowered my confidence with other things that involved human interaction (that one is a little hard to get rid of, as well as feeling like I was doing something stupid around someone, but I finally managed to get past it). To the people who voted "corney": If you never liked the old Mario Cartoons, then I would really hate to know what kind of crap you watch  (you probably enjoy watching some stupid cartoon such as Static Shock, Mucha Lucha, Ozzy & Drix, etc., so aparrently, you've probably never seen a good cartoon before and don't know what one is).In my opinion, the old Mario, Sonic, and Zelda cartoons are the best Cartoons I've ever seen. | Out of that list, I would say that SMW2:YI and Super Mario Kart are my favorites. I also liked Mario RPG, but a few of the characters/enemies made it seem a bit UnMario-like (I didn't really like Geno, or Smithy, and the Giant Sword was a little weird, I also think Bowser should have been the Last Boss) BTW: I also think Mario's eyes looked a little odd, he looked like he was hypnotized or on drugs or something (when he's facing down) |
