| OFF: Well, basically, LIGHT affect mortals... but not HOLY energy. Altought there are attacks called Holy that affect mortals... it is becease these attacks are Light-based in truth. The reason NeoBowser was considered immune was that, according to the description of the attack, no actual bullet or physical energy was used... for NeoBowser IS affected by... well... a lot of things actually. ____________________________________________________________________ NeoBowser smiled while Ex tried (in vain) to reason with them. Ex: "Come on! You two look like retarded children, fighting for like, no reason when you have a more urgent matter to attend at!" NeoBowser: "What a waste of time. | The Penguin Bell laugh at Schwa and then returns into the ceiling. The Crusher Box comes down, aiming at Schwa! Then, the two barrels drop down, behind Schwa and open. Out of both barrels comes out a volley of bouncing bombs, which made for a very hard to dodge attack!... but the worst part was probably that the attack was from behind and that, as such, there was a chance neither Schwa or the Air Elemental would react. =Schwa= Life Force (6) (IIIIIIIIII) =GBOOST AURA= (7 turns) =PARALYSIS= 132 posts left =Air Elemental= Life Force (IIIIIIIIII) =BLESSING= (1 turn) =GBOOST AURA= (7 turns) =Enemies= (1/1/6) =Penguin Bell Life Force (IIIIIIIIII) =Score= 5 kills 1 Wave Clear (edited by Zerodius on 06-20-05 11:01 PM) |

| Friend came back to the entrance... and was amazed to find the door intact! Friend: "WOW! The people here must repair stuff REALLY fast!" Friend ran back to the hall where Allaura was! Friend: "ALLAURA! ALLAURA! The door is back to... to..." Suddenly Friend felt an incredible pain in her chest. It felt as if something was ripping trought her entire body... Friend: "N... n... no... not... a... AAAAAAAAARG!!!" Friend fell down, grasping her chest and unable to stop herself from crying. Large amounts of blood were flowing out of her mouth, covering the floor and herself as she was shaking, unable to control her entire body. After a short while, Friend slowly coughing and her body stopped shaking. She stood up, covered in red liquid. Her face was pale and she was looking very weak... Friend: "Err... I... I'm... I'm sorry... I... well... made the floor all dirty..." Friend struggled to stay awake. It would take a short while to recover... but she didn't wanted to go to sleep now. Her friend had invited her to her house and she was not going to let her down. |

| Ex knew what was that attack... and she knew how to block it. Dark Weapon took the form of a sword once again. Ex *thinking* Let's do this! Dark Weapon: "Indeed..." Ex: "Heh! Let's see how you can do if I do... that?" Dark Weapon closed her eyes as she concentrated... and then... FORMAT!!! Both Odin and Ex were engulfed in a strange light! Both of them were instantly drained of all their accumulated powers, exposing them to the cold emptiness of deep space. Ex used her powers to keep herself from exploding due to the low pressure and used her dark energy as a substitute for oxygen while she restored her form. As Ex was once again surrounded in dark flames, Ex was almost sure the fight was now in her favor. Format had erased the thin cut from the Timeline as well as Ex's Sealed Spell, causing the Dimension to come back to normal and thus causing the asteroids to reappear. Ex *thinks* Now... I guess I'll use the second most powerful Sealed Spell... Dark Weapon *thinks* WHAT?!? I know that he's supposed to be your equal... but come on! Using this spell is overkill! Nobody can resist... Ex *thinks* EEEEP! Dark Weapon: "What?" Ex *thinks* It's breaking the fourth wall but... well... you cannot say to me the spell's name becease of the Hunter agent who is currently sitting in front of his computer, reading about our battle against the mortal he created using his imagination. Dark Weapon: "Fourth wall breaking is wrong. Don't do it again." Ex *thinks* I won't. Now... back to the battle! It's Odin's turn, isn't it? Dark Weapon: "I said: NO FOURTH WALL BREAKING! There are no "turns"! This battle is taking place as we speak!" Ex *thinks* You're no fun. |

| OFF: OOPS! Then... well, the merge could never take place then for the Air Elemental lost ALL of it's remaining HPs and was destroyed. As such, I'll post the current stats and you'll reply accordingly. A "fatal wound" status means that your character is dead/KOed and that next post, you must post how your character died/fainted/whatever exactely... or how your other character is going to revive/wake/whatever him/her. NOTE: If Schwa is in "Fatal wound" status, he will have the right to do ONE last action before being KOed/killed. Remember that if Schwa's Life Force reach 0, then the challenge ends. Other characters are expendable. | Phantron was surprised by her enemies' attacks and her armor was struck!... but it holded strong against the attacks. It took more than this to pierce her armor! Phantron: "So... the knowledge isn't too much for you? I tought any human would faint from having so much knowledge forced into their brains... but well, I guess some of you aren't as weak as you look... but it's still unimportant." Phantron jumped toward the farthest wall from the exist and then took a defensive stance. Phantron: "Take cover!" Phantron detonated the missile which Roland had stopped using his strange gun. The missile was engulfed in a sphere of fire and soon, the sphere rocked the old mines' foundations... which would probably cause the ceiling to collapse on Phantron and the pirates... or maybe not. Even if the ceiling held up, the problem was still obvious: a missile explosion is a missile explosion and in a match of flesh VS explosions, explosions always win. As for Phantron, she was already on the wall so the explosion did not sent her flying into it... but the incredibly heat and the wind still gave her a bit of pain... but she was fortunately far enough so that she wasn't in the blast radius and wouldn't be fried to a crisp. | Phantron smiled. Phantron: "You have absolutely no idea how terrible I am. Didn't you paid attention to the knowledge you just received? Soul Resonance is the ultimate power... it allow me to gain every single ability, power, and weapon of beings I come in contact. How do you think I could make a missile appear out of nowhere... and what about magic? Do you think I can trasmit powers I do not have? I could pretty well take on an army all by myself... but such is not my intention. I shall kill you, for you now share my powers, and then... I will seal myself here. It doesn't matter how many ships there are... all I need is to kill you for you are the only serious threat to the world." Phantron approached Roland... the way she walked toward him... it was rather... weird. Phantron: "My dear little piece of organic flesh... I would let you out of this place but... you are unworthy. Your intentions are too evil... your heart too corrupted... your perceptions too twisted. I cannot allow you to come out alive... even if it means that I must self-terminate in the process!" Phantron jumped over Roland and once behind him, she kicked the air in front of her, toward Roland. Such a move was seemingly stupid... but only seemingly for this was, in truth, Phantron's strongest attack. Some kind of shadow image of Phantron's foot was sent flying toward Roland! For some reason, Roland knew (thanks to the Soul Resonance) that there was no defense against this attack. This attack was, in truth, a flying kinetic (physical-based) energy blast and as such, technology and magic was powerless before it... and since being struck by it was about as bad as being hit by a truck of several tons, his chances of survival should he receive a direct hit were close to zero. | Friend approachs the door... Friend *thinks* Luigi! I... I was not designed to use psychic powers! I... I don't think I can do this! Luigi: "Really? Psychic energy? No need to panic. Just concentrate and let me do the rest..." Friend closed her eyes and concentrated. Soon, Luigi drained her of all conscious toughts, allowing her to fully concentrate on what she was doing and nothing else. Then, Friend opened her eyes and pointed the door. Luigi tried it's best and transformed the raw mental power Friend had put into him into a blast of raw psychic energy. Since both of them were not designed to unleash psychic powers, the blast was rather chaotic and raw and most of the energy wouldn't reach the door... but the two had still tried their best. |

| During this time, Ex was feeling the power of the Exorcism... and unfortunately, this was pure Light, not Holy energy... and as such, she could feel the power trying to rip her apart. Ex: "Heh... dark fiend... I? I, dark fiend? You know nothing of who I am... Dark I may be... a fiend I am not. You're so full of arrogance... you sound like the angels of my homeworld..." During this time, NeoBowser's eyes glowed in impatience. He couldn't wait for Ex to die... for the second she would die, Dark Weapon would shatter and all the souls would be released. Feeding on those souls, he would be able to get about 25% of his original power back... more than enough to actually get his mind control powers to work and unseal a few of his magical powers... it would also probably give him back the power to manipulate Time and Space, alllowing him to teleport at will trought locations and timelines, thus allowing him to seal this pathetic world in a Time Loop. Once the world would be trapped in a Time Loop, returning to full power will be a piece of cake. All he has to do is let the forces of Fate unleash the wrath of Ragnarok on all beings... and then, go back in time and re-experience it. By feeding on people's negative feelings and less than honorable actions, he would regain his power and of course, he would never be stopped since he would always go back in time right before the Ragnarok was actually completed. Of course, he would eliminate any elements that appeared to mess up with the timeline HE has created! Yes... most definitely! The day of his return is not too far-off now! Unknow to NeoBowser was that this Ex Lightheart, just like himself, was a fake... After all, Possibility travel IS impossible and as such, this Ex Lightheart was just yet another copy. As such, while NeoBowser can obtain power from the destruction of Dark Weapon, it will be far, FAR less than what he is especting... in fact, it will be not nearly enough to make a Time Loop of even 5 seconds. |

| OFF: When you think about it, every single RP is cliched. ALL RPs are about either beating up a "villain" of some sort, may it be evil, good, powerful, weak, cunning, dumb, whatever... or about obtaining a treasure of some sort may it be an item, an ability, a power, whatever. It is the execution that makes the RP original or not... and for an original execution, you need original characters or at least, make them interact in a original way! ...and even if it's not original, who cares? Quality is not always equal to originality. I seen some original stuff that was REALLY bad before and seen cliched stuff pulled off in truly wonderful ways, after all. Anyway... this battle is drawing to a close... but this doesn't surprise me. The purpose of the battle was to be a prologue to your RP. So... so far, we have our (anti) hero, Jackson... and a (probable) villain, Phantron... unless you had not planned a villain and if Jackson is not the RP's main character. ____________________________________________________________________ The Soul Resonance had allowed Phantron to become immune to the pirates' weapons... but she was still annoyed about that. The rocks were falling about, making scratches on Phantron's nice armor... but she didn't cared. It looked like Phantron had no choice. In order for the terrible power of the Soul Resonance to remain sealed... she will have to hunt down all those that went on this island and kill them. No one would leave this island alive... and those who left would be hunted until she finally terminated them. Should they meet anyone... then she will terminate them, too! No one must know of her existance... even if she must slaughter every single creature on this world in order to succeed! Phantron smiled at the irony... whatever the way she was putting it... they were right after all. The Soul Resonance was a cataclysm, giving forbidden powers to all beings and causing the worlds to self-consume... and even when the Soul Resonance didn't killed everything, then a second cataclysm, herself, bringed death and destruction to all things. It looks like Phantron's bloody legacy of destruction shall continue on this world... Soon, all humans shall learn to fear her name... for she shall show no mercy to any of them! ...and her slaughter would begin with those 20 pirates! Phantron: "Heh... foolish humans..." Phantron opened her mouth, revealing her laser heavy machine gun. She aimed at the ceiling above the pirates and fired, hoping to cause the ceiling to collapse on them, killing them. During this time, the rocks continued to shower on her, doing moderate damage... but it didn't mattered anymore. The "taste" of Roland's blood... the taste of his death... had been printed in Phantron's mind. She was, after all, a weapon, and nothing pleased her more than killing... and killing this human had awakened her sleeping killer instincts. No longer feeling pain, Phantron only felt the urge to end the lives of the fools who stood before her... and then, she would kill their friends... and their families too... and why not? | The Crusher Box and barrels return in the ceiling. The Penguin Bell arrives. It's located at the end of the hall, in front of the exit... but it's still no closer to the floor as usual. The Penguin Bell sends it's homing explosive device as usual and then starts taunting Schwa. It seems really happy since it killed Schwa's ally! | OFF: Realising there was not a lot of fighting in the last posts... should be fixed really soon, however! ____________________________________________________________________ The door closed itself behind Kirbynite as he got inside. The very first thing visible inside was... well... nothing. The place was completely dark... The entrance hall seemed so unnaturally dark... it was as if there was a thick wall in front of Kirbynite. Then, a few thousands eyes appeared. The room wasn't dark! There was a real wall of Dark Matters in front of Kirbynite! The entire castle was infestated! There were Dark Matters virtually everywhere!... and upon inspection, Kirbynite would find out that the floor is even covered with them!... which means that he's stepping on Dark Matters right now. Dark Matter #1: "Hmm... well... welcome to 02's castle. Sorry if it's a bit crowded but... well... 02 espected more resistance from her long-time nemesis, Kirby. However... it was much easier than espected and we had, like, no losses and as such, there's too many of us in the castle... not that it is a bad thing. No losses means no sad family members, after all!" Dark Matter #2: "You do realise that you're explaining the situation to our ENEMY out of the blue, for no apparent reason? What's wrong with you?" Dark Matter #1: "I'm feeling lonely, staying here all the time..." Dark Matter #2: "LONELY?!? You're stuffed in this room alongside, heck, 3,000,000 other Dark Matters! | Everyone stops talking and turns to Nino... They stares at her as if she was an alien for a moment and then... everyone pointed at her and laughed! Wannabe-trainer #1: "What a loser! Hahahaha!!!" Wannabe-trainer #2: "As if pokemons could be something more than tools!" The scientist tried to calm the wannabe-trainers... Scientist: "Everyone! Remain calm. Altought this lady is most obviously an idiot, we must be polite toward the mentally deficient... but since she must have SERIOUS difficiencies to believe pokemons are conscious beings... then, what's the harm?" The scientist had changed his mind! He pointed at Nino and laughed too! ... During this time... ... Celebi couldn't believe it. Celebi: "I... I cannot believe it! You can... hear me!... and you're not one of those dark pokemons thingies either! I cannot believe it..." Celebi stood back... Celebi: "May have Fate finally smiled on me? I have been alone for so long... I do not know what to say! What should I do?..." It was so weird, seeing such a scary and creepy being looking all upset and nervous like a teenage girl... ... Umbreon: "You know nothing of the Darkness. Once your soul will be one with the Dark Power, you will see what you truly are... how destructive you always were but didn't dared to be. You will bring death and suffering to every being you meet... and you will like it. Heeheehee... indeed... Soon... you will be one with the Darkness!" The Umbreon truly looked more ridiculous than anything, speaking of the darkness like that. While it may scare or impress common pokemons, there was no doubt that a REAL being of darkness *cough!*Sarah*cough!* would find the Umbreon rather humorous. ... During this time... ... Serra was lucky; the trainer did not saw her. Unstead, it took out several pokeballs and began to lock into them each of the rampaging males, one by one. As for Serra... she was able to reach the hole and make into the house. She was now in the room where Siryx was locked. In fact, he was in the cage right in front of Serra! Siryx: "Serra! Are you alright?" ... During this time... ... Robot: "Interesting... if the situation wasn't so critical, I would have liked to study your technology... but you must leave before you are detected. I would accompany you... but I was not designed for movement. Making it here was hard for me, you see... and I won't go much further. Still, I am sure you can escape by yourself. Once you exit this room, look for a weak spot in the left wall. Breach trought the wall and you'll find yourself in the ventilation ducts. They should be large enough for you to navigate trought. Finding an escape route once in them should be easy enough. Now... good bye. I hope that my function cycle will be long enough for us to meet again under better circumstances..." |

| OFF: Never seen Rat Race unfortunately, sorry. ____________________________________________________________________ In the darkness of the chamber, it seemed that all was finally over... that those pirates were escaping with Phantron's secret... ... ...but then... CRACK!!! A laser pierced trought the rubbles and the tall figure of Phantron, now covered in dark flames, came out. Phantron's eyes were now as red as the blood of those she had killed and her voice was now one of a young woman... Phantron: "Oh... too bad... leaving already? Fine then... I enjoy a little hunt..." ... A small light became visible on the side of the island as the airship left... and then, nothing. A tiny yellow dot could be saw, following the ship from a distance... Little did they knew that it was a disaster following them... a disaster clad in golden armor and waiting to happen... Phantron: "The hunt has now begun... let's see how long they will be able to run!.. for you can run, yes you can!... but hiding? You can run but you can't hide!" |

| OFF: Here comes the pain! Don't say I didn't warned you! Also, this attack has high priority and is unblockable + undodgable. In short, even if Odin had a reflective counter ready or, even at the limit, was immune... well, he's still affected! Very nasty move overall... and only the caster can reverse the attack's effect! Basically, this move removes all defenses, making the target weak against everything. It also makes the target unable to use strong moves since it disables the target's ability to charge up for moves. It also makes some estethical changes to add insult to the injury by making the target monochrome and making all of it's movements seems really slow (altought the target is still moving at full speed). Basically, will probably be considered cheap and will probably have to be changed... ____________________________________________________________________ Ex smiled and opened her eyes. Then... everything seemed to fade into darkness... Ex: "What a fool you are! You should have stopped me while you could! Now... nothing can save you! Whatever your counter! Nothing is effective against the wrath of the Sealed Spell of Darkness! Now..." Ex screamed as she unleashed her full power. Even for her, it was a terribly difficult to unleash attack... and if an attack was difficult to unleash for her, then it MUST be big, right? NULLIFY!!! Then, it seemed as if Ex's dark flames expended and engulfed everything... Nothing could be seen anymore. The stars, the planets, the sun, the asteroids... even Ex... they were all gone. No sound could be heard... Odin couldn't even hear his own heartbeat. The most total silence of all... the most complete emptiness... just like when Eternum was about to strike... but fortunately, this was not Eternum. Then, it seemed as Odin's body was breaking apart. ALL of his powers left his body and there was nothing he could do about it. All of his energy... all of the positive changes... all of it were gone. For what seemed to be hours, Odin was drained of his powers and when not even an ounce of it was left, his powers were banished into the Void, where he would never, ever, get them back ever again... unless Ex decided to give them back to Odin. With that done, everything returned to normal. Altought no damage had been inflicted, ALL of Odin's elemental strenghts had been removed. In fact, ALL attacks would now inflict 10 times the normal damage against him, without exeption!... and now, even moves he used to be immune against affected him... and this includes moves that should NOT affect him! The changes also affected his endurance to status problems: all attempts at inflicting a status problem on him would ALWAYS be successful, even if the chances of success are very slim. But the worst part was that the move's effects couldn't be inverted. Even if Odin tried to enhance his resistances just a little bit, it would always fail... and Odin was now completely unable to have positive status changes. He could now only have negative ones. Add to this the fact that the attack seperated Odin's soul from his body thus making him unable to do any charged attack and you have a pretty bad situation! To add insult to injury, Odin's color scheme had been changed. He was now completely in greyscale as a symbol of him being affected by Nullify. He was also permanently seemingly moving at half speed ("seemingly" is the key word here. He's moving at the same speed as usual in truth). ... Ex smiled... she seemed tired, but proud. Ex: "Now... your are weak to all elements and status problems and cannot undo this in any, way, form, or shape... and furthermore, you were robbed of the ability to do charged attacks! Heh! I would like to see how you can win the fight now!" Now that Odin was weak against every attack, Ex guessed that beating him would be a breeze... probably. Unless Odin knew the Sealed Spell of Light (not very likely), she now had the definitive, decisive advantage. |
