50. Neptune is a level editor for the Lolo series, and Nephi is a level editor for Link's Awakening DX (and Matrixz worked on that editor too, not just Jiggly)

51. BODYARMOR is the code in DKR that makes all the balloons invinicibility balloons. RUBBADUB is the code in Mario Adventure that automatically makes you invincible.

52. GB Player lets you play Gameboy games on the Gamecube. Super Gameboy lets you play Gameboy games on the SNES.

Here, you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. Here, there is no due process. If you make the same mistake right after serving your sentence, you damn well better expect to serve another, or just be banished. You have to be very careful when coming off a ban. Kario wasn't. Kario was banned (for the 5th time, mind you).

EDIT: and if due process does occur, who gives a shit. They can use it whenever they want, and discard it whenever they want, because it is their board.

Well, what I said operated on the premise that Kario hadn't really done anything new worth banning him over. Colleen said it "would've gotten worse", and that triggered the due process comment... banning someone for something they might do in the future is... not due process.

Hint: My name is a palindrome. Keep that in mind, and it's not that hard.

And I'm not an idiot, I realize that admins don't necessarily have to abide by due process or free speech or whatever, but usually they like to maintain the image that they do. And if the admins here didn't, this discussion would've been over a while ago, since they wouldn't feel that they have to justify themselves.

Mathy, as much as I hate to break it to ya, this is not a democratic board, it's an autocratic board.

Let's face it: we don't elect the staff, they are hand-picked. We don't decide who's banned or whatnot (this is a rare case, and I started it kind of along with some others by being a little shit to Yiffy Kitten

), the staff does. The staff runs the place. Even though Yiffy Kitten attempted to make a democratic thread, the board is and probably always will be autocratic. Not that it's right, but that's just the way it's going to be...

EDIT: oh, and if you want a democratic board, make your own!

I'm sorry I have to say this, but this may be the stupidest of all the arguments in this thread on etiher side.

I don't get a nostalgic feeling when I'm sitting there for 10 minutes cleaning out my cart and hoping it works on my system. I actually get rather pissed, and sometimes just quit trying to get it to work; at which point I go to the computer.
