I will be honest with ya...........IT DOESNT MATTER. FuSoYa or BMF could come in here and tell just about everyone here that we suck, so why does it matter. Sure, I have noticed that those things were wrong (execpt the title, that never happened to me) but look at it this way, the original SMW had things wrong with it, so lets look at this this way:
Bad Response:
OMG there is a hole you can't fall down. YOU SUCK.
Good Response:
Ummm....in level _____ there is a hole that you can walk across without any problems. Maybe you should fix that for the next release.

This is how I do it. Open up allgfx.bin, change format to GB (gameboy) then scroll down until you see them. They wont be in order, they will kind of be spread around a bit.

Does anyone play on these things at restaurants? My friends and I do, and it is a national game, so I was wondering if anyone here plays on them.

I think it would have been interesting if there weren't updates after 1.0. Let people figure the rest out themselves.

I know I am not a mod, but I thought this should be addressed, as it does seem to be a problem quite a bit lately. The way people respond to screenshots here is far from polite. I know what your thinking, "Why the hell should they care what I think anyway?" Well, if they posted screenshots, and ended their post with "Comments anyone?" then yeah, they want to know what everyone thinks. So just try to be a little kinder. Let's look at a few responses, and see if they are good or bad:

"I think your hack is even more crap" - OK, why would someone post this? It makes no sense, even if the hack is crap, if you don't like someones hack, or a person in particular, dont play it, you dont have to play EVERY hack that comes out. Now, if that post had criticism as to why he thought it was crap, it would have been a little better, but saying it was crap would still be unneeded.

Basically, criticism should be to the point, and not bordering on flaming. When you are bordering on flaming, it is really easy to fall in.

Yes, it actually has a plot, and no I am not doing Acmlm World, there wasn't enough interest. So, I have decided on a hack that I will actually go through with. I decided to throw out the story line to see if anyone her liked my idea.

As many know, Luigi has often been on the backburner in Nintendo's eyes. Even in Superstar Saga, people called him the green guy and no one had any idea who he was. Well, Luigi has grown tired of being #2, so he decided to seek revenge on the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario discovers what Luigi is planning and decides to go and find his brother to set him straight.

That's the basic storyline, the hack will have no SMW enemies, they will all be different. That's right, no goombas or koopas, they will be Luigi's enemies that he has created just for Mario.

Please give comments on this, if no one likes the idea at all then I wouldn't see a point in making it.

Except that this is real. Yeah, it does seem like it could be fake, but if you had read anything he said, he said that he wasnt going to bother posting here much until he has something to show. The only reason I think this is real is because orynider was a n00b that came out of nowhere saying he could hack music, some believed him for some reason, but its obvious he is a fake. Chaosflare? He has been here for a while, so he isn't some n00b that no one knows, he is actually liked here, so why would he do a fake image thing?

OK, this has got to be a joke right? I mean, when you make a game, you usually look at the previous one, and use what was good from it, and trash what wasn't. Even if it was a different team, they would have gone through that process. And also, SMB2 wasn't even a Mario game, so referring to it doesn't make any sense.

Well, in the new Mario Brothers game, there is a game mode that you play as Bowser in his own quest. I must admit, a game from his perspective would be cool.

Well, I think the main reason visitors can't see it is because they don't want banned users looking at it. A banned user could just log out and then go look. They don't want that, and besides, who really cares where everyone is? If anyone does, it's not visitors.

I would have to say none. As long as its fun, the GFX used shouldn't matter. Now, a hack with no custom blocks, that is boring.

Yeah, this story is supposed to be funny, it is short, but I think I may go further with the actual idea....

"Hey Mom! Are we going to the bank?"
"Yes Timmy, we are."
"Yay!"
Timmy was always excited to go to the bank, and he had only one reason. This one reason was known to children everywhere; kids get suckers. When he went to the bank, the person behind the glass would always ask, "Would you like a sucker young man?" Who would pass up an offer like that? So, Timmy's day was already a good one, because he knew a sucker was in his future.
As they pulled up, Timmy raced to the door. "Come on Mom, hurry!" the child exclaimed. He just couldn't wait to get his hands on a sucker. They walked in and got in line. Timmy, like most children waiting on candy, was very impatient. He kept looking around the man in front of him as if the line would get shorter with every look. One by one, the people were being helped, and Timmy was just a little closer to that sucker. Finally, the man in front of them got to the window. Timmy was more anxious than ever. He began to jump up and down, waiting for his tasty treat.
"Come on mister, hurry up!"
The man turned and glared at the boy, he froze. Suddenly, he didn't care if he got a sucker. He wanted to go home. "That man scared me Mom," he said with fear in his voice.
"Excuse me sir, could be a little more polite to my son?"
"Get on the floor"
"Wha..." her words were cut short. The man turned and flashed his gun around the room, telling everyone to get on the ground. Within seconds, everyone was on the ground. Timmy didn't know what to do, he was scared out of his mind then.
As a bag was being filled with money, no one noticed a tall man in green spandex walk in. He came to the man and tapped him on the shoulder.
"You are robbing this bank."
He turned and looked at the man, and immediately began to laugh. He could not contain his laughter. "Who are you supposed to be?" he muttered amidst the hysterical laughter.
The man in spandex said nothing. Instead, he pointed at his top. Across his torso, there were words that read "I AM CAPTAIN OBVIOUS"
The man's laughter finally ceased, and he immediately proceeded to aim his gun at the strange character.
"You are aiming your gun at me."
"Wow, you are a smart one. What am I doing now?"
"You are walking out the side doors." And as always, Captain Obvious was correct. The man was exiting the building by way of the side doors. Captain Obvious ran to the door, opened it, and yelled after the man, "You will get away with this!"
He shut the door and went back inside, the people looked on in awe. They couldn't believe what they had just seen. They began asking him why he didn't do anything and why he wore spandex.
"No need to thank me."
He walked towards the door, and as he grabbed the handle, he turned and spoke his words of truth, "I am walking through this door." With that, he was gone. And all he left behind was a group of very confused people.

I didn't know this until earlier today. If you have a hard drive fry on you, put it in the freezer for about an hour. Have something set up to back up stuff from it. After that hour of freezing, plug it back in to the computer. It will work fine most of the time. I read it in an issue of PC Monthly or something like that. Thought it sounded funny so I decided to try it, and it worked. It doesn't work for long though, so get the files you need and turn it back off.

And remember, wrap it in something or put it in a ziplock bag so it doesnt get wet.

That pictures does prove a point though. Even if it did exist, there would be stupid people that need a help file.
