Yeah, after a while threads can get too big. I'm only on page 87, but I guess I have a larger display count. If a thread gets too large it's kinda hard to follow what's happening easily, for me at least.

Ah, so I've mixed up the bytes. That would make the low byte table the following, instead of what I put last time:

So, for the division, if used in a program you would want to use the modulus command together with the division command in a code block similar to this:


;high-byte, low_byte, palette, tile, and bank
;are variables. Tile is the low byte, with the
;bank added on.

palette = high_byte % 4 ; this will give use the palette number
bank = INT(high_byte / 4)
tile = low_byte * (bank * 200h))

;then all you would need to do is apply the

Yea, that's in VB, but It shouldn't be too hard to convert, since most of the functions should be generic.

Speaking for Phantron, as she was very unhappy looking, Snpies tried to help remedy the system as best he could.

"Phantron.. Is bipolar. I think that there is a lesser soul running on her CPU, which is causing problem for her, like the gun movement, which of course was not her intention. Scans showed that her CPU was suppposedly unable to run a bipolar soul, but if it can run background tasks like the gun controller, then it can certainly run a bipolar soul. Phantron, the reason the scans showed up negative was probably the lesser you. Look, Don't worry about it too much. you and I can work together to help you, and maybe Cyberaptor can help you too."

Looking at Cyberaptor, Snipes sent him a look that said 'It's not her fault'. Turning back to Phantron, Snipes placed his hand under her chin and made her look into his eyes..

"Phantron, It's okay. Cheer up."

You mean wher the levels are taller than they are wide? If so, then go to the level header dialog by clicking the mario head in the toolbar and change the level mode until you get to one that says "Vertical level".

And tides shouldn't have anything to do with it, I went over the limit once, all that happened was tile 0x000 got overlaid over anything that used tile 25.

With that, Snipes jumped into the way of the beam, saving Cyberaptor. The beam was blocked, but from where Snipes had been, a large explosion erupted. When the smoke Cleared, Snipes was nowhere to be found.

ooc: Snipes is not dead. No-one should be able to figure this out in the story, but Snipes dropped a grenade, which caused the explosion while Snipes had hidden in the trees, cloaked to everyone.

Firing one shot just before Cyberaptor while phantron wouldn't notice, Snipes sent a message to cyberaptor.

"Stop. The real Phantron is asleep again, your enemy isn't available right now. The Phantron you're seeing is the one you originally met. See how the flames have gone out? Oh, and don't look for me. I'll make sure that Phantron is helped, even if it has to get worse before it gets better. For my sake, Please comfort her, cyberaptor."

Well, you can simply add more stuff to the end of a level, and LM will automatically adjust it for you. To make it seem higher, make sure that layer one vertical scrolling is enabled in the level header, again with the mario head button.

50 posts / page works for me because my computer can render it quite well and I hate always having to change pages because of a low posts count.

Too true. I guess for me the saddest thing would be to have a family member or pet dies, because when you get attached to them, you don't know what to do afterwards, or when you have a pet that doesn't really have too much longer to live, you just really regret you didn't do more. I guess it's also the feeling that you were never good enough to the poor thing...

Well, it looks really nice for me, and I'm glad that there are some tasteful new layouts, as several recent ones seems a little.. unruly. My only suggestion would be to maybe add more than just a background, perhaps some decorations along the top and bottom or something.

well, it would be a great Idea, but in the way of PM'ing, my only suggestion would be to add another variable along the line of a PMpowerlevel, that determined if you could PM, could not PM, or could not be blocked.

I don't know if this idea has been brought up or would be feasible, but when assigning a background to the table cells, could it maybe be set along the lines of a span tag with a z-index below -1? That way, people could use < span > tags to set up a background behind text that could be strech to fit the post, for layouts. the only thing stopping that now is the z-index of the backgrounds covers up the < span > tags, which means that the backgrounds don't show up.

ex.

That would let people strech an image in a layout without interfering with the rest of their post, and I think it may work in firefox too. yeah, the was a sort of solution to a glitch with one of my experimental layouts, but I think may people would be able to use it.

what do you mean? To trigger that event, I think what you want to do is place a pow switch sprite in the level, which mario can jump on to trigger.

yea, just not have th ePM go through if the person has blocked them, but instead go to a blocked PM's folder.
