Neither Luigi's Adventure or MarioXWorldSer is working on my ZSNES emulator. It says that the rom is corrupted when I patched it, and then when I loaded it it said it was too big. Any thoughts?

Have you tried the Mario World Reconfigurator? It can do a lot of things like that and you don't need ANY asm! I don't know any programming languages at all and I can use the MWR just fine.

OK, you guys need to shut the hell up. I really don't see anything wrong with posting screens to show background changes or any "ugly" animations. Cut out the flaming. If you don't like the damn website, then don't visit it!

The graphics are awesome! Can you post a link to the demo?

I've tried using the tile editor in the game and YY-CHR. In YY-CHR (which I prefer) I save the graphics, insert them, but there is no change. I know I've asked ExGFX questions a million times before and everyone's probably getting really pissed off at me, but can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I click Insert GFX files to rom (the green mushroom) and nothing happens. I also tried Insert ExGFX files to rom (the yellow mushroom) and still nothing.

I did insert the ExGFX after editing, but it only worked sometimes. The files aren't read-only. My main problem is with tile editors other than the built-in one. With those, it never has worked.

I edit the graphics in YY-CHR, save the file, and then insert them to SMW. I've tried refreshing the level, refreshing the rom entirely, and re-editing them again. The graphics don't even show up. Nothing works. Unless someone has the solution to this problem, YY-CHR and Tile Layer Pro don't work for graphics editing in SMW (and they're the only 2 tile editors that work for my Windows XP PC)

Some of the GFX files are looking like garbage. I have the setting on 4BPP SNES for GFX28, 29, and 2A, and it looks real strange and unrecognizable. It's the GFX files with the place where it shows the lives and item box and time and stuff. Help?

Forgive me for posting what probably sounds to experienced hackers a stupid question, but how can people edit the graphics in SMB1, 2 & 3? They're all jumbled up and it's hard to tell what's what in most places. Is there a way to see the graphics easier so I can actually see what I'm editing?

I have the same problem on Mozilla Firefox 5.0 (aka Firefox 1.0.2). Not only do I have this problem with links, but also on web searches and typing in some web addresses. I've never been patient enough to wait for the page to load, and it seems to happen at random times, usually for a couple hours, then it works fine. There's no way to fix it that I know, but I'm not a computer expert. If you do have a solution for me, please make it simple so that an average teenager could understand. Thanks.

One-world government leads to a one-world religion, which would be a disaster for Christians.

Posted on 04-26-05 11:21 PM, in Papal Discussion Link
To the starter of this thread...

John Paul II said there would be only two more popes before one of them would turn against the church, setting the stage for the Antichrist himself. Benedict XVI is not the anti-pope, in fact he holds fast to the Catholic beliefs. The next pope, most likely, will be a liberal who will lead the Catholic church into apostasy.

Also, almost 1,000 years ago another pope said that there would only be 112 more popes before Antichrist rises to power. John Paul II was #110, Benedict XVI is #111. Remarkably, this fits John Paul II's prediction perfectly.

NESToy simply does not work on my Windows XP computer, at least not just by clicking on nestoy.exe. I need someone to tell me one of two things:

1. How do you get NESToy to work on Windows XP?
or
2. Are there any Windows XP-compatible utilities that will repair corrupt NES ROMs?

"change directories to the place where you put the file (the "cd" command) and then run nestoy.exe."

What's this mean? I'm not exactly experienced in these.

When I do that, it says "'NESToy.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

Forgive me for asking what is likely another stupid question to more experienced hackers, but is it possible to change the length of an object in the discombobulator, like the ground?
