| i just bought two albums today, one is 'houses of the holy by led zeppelin' and the other is 'seventh son of a seventh son by iron maiden'. right now i'm listening to led zeppelin - the rain song very nice soft and relaxing song to listen to, it's not based on heavy guitar riffs and all that, but based on a very lovely melody |

| lots of people at school call me 'the rock star', but really i'm just a guitarist...even if i was like touring the world and playing venues, i still wouldn't call myself a rock star, i'll always be known as a musician to myself. and sometimes people say that i'm too serious of a person, or that i'm too laid back and i'm a lazy ass. kind of weird.  most of things i've been classified by, i've been able to prove a lot of people wrong.  |

of all time... that's a VERY tough one. especially down to 5, because i could list so much... i'll have to just take a pinch of the best songs that i like. |
in no particular order: Iron Maiden - Infinite Dreams Iron Maiden - Phantom of the Opera Joe Satriani - Satch Boogie Led Zeppelin - Black Dog Led Zeppelin - Stairway to Heaven i could have chosen more bands to be on this list, but i felt bad for a couple of other songs that i felt that deserved to be on the list. 10 would have been better for me, but meh. i've had two rejections... i'd go into the details, but i simply don't feel like taking the time to type that much. |
1.) we simply drifted away and stopped talking to each other, kind of sucks when something great fades away just like that. i'm never letting something like that happen again. 2.) when i was about to ask someone out, i found out that one of my best friends started dating her. oh well, i didn't take it harshly, i was happy for him. sadly they aren't dating anymore. i'm still on the adventure of finding a relationship. yes, age difference should average about 3 years. it doesn't matter really though, as long as you find somebody that makes you happy. it's very difficult to find the right one, but it'll happen someday. |

Iron Maiden - Fates Warning |
after adrian smith left the band, with janick gers replacing him, the next couple of albums had some darker material, which shows a different side of the band. this particular song is very strong sounding and i just wanted to give it recognition here.

this is a b-side from the single 'wasted years'. on this song, adrian smith (one of the guitarists) takes bruce dickinson's place on lead vocals. adrian can really sing! this song seems to be based more on singing than guitar riffs, but this song has great melodies.
