YOU got raped? The Twins lost an excellent 1st baseman, (it was decided that no matter what, Doug was going to be traded before the deadline, no matter the circumstance), he was having a bit of an off year, but was still producing. The Red Sox defense just increased by 80%. Trust me, the Red Sox did not get the short end of the stick this time around. The Sox got rid of Nomar, who to me, didn't really want to be there anymore... (How can you blame him, really?) No, the Twins are the losers in this deal, getting only a minor league pitcher. This kid better be good, that's all I can say.

Cheating is when you whip out the game genie for infinite gil. Cheating is when you modify sram to give yourself more gil. Using something that the game already has to get gil is not cheating. I win...

Party doesn't matter, it just makes it easier if you are using a physically challenged party. Make stipulations that the mini-game can't be used. I win...

Therefore, using it is not cheating. Bottom line, I win...

One of these days, a new editor will be implemented, and then somebody's gonna realize how much this bad boy can do.

Anyway, another progress update:
Shop Editor: In, done, finished, next?
Text Editor: More progress here than the damn graphics, that's for sure. I'm getting some help here, good thing too. Otherwise, this would be progressing about as fast as graphics is. If my C++ knowledge wasn't below the level of "ehhhhhh..." then I'd be getting somewhere. Anyone that posts this or this gets shot. I already have both of these.
Character Editor also had a small tweak, after some more testing, the spell safeguard of spells must be learned in order is nice in principle, but utterly useless. You can shuffle the spells around anyway. Removed it.

That's the progress, hope this is enlightening for some of you.

Any Cubs fan knows that the Cubs win when they get home runs. Nomar brings RBI's into the equation, therefore they win more with Nomar. Realisitically, I can see Nomar re-signing after this year. Hope he does. Let's review this situation in October if the Cubs don't make the playoffs.

Cubs at the All Star break were 10 games out of 1st place.
Cubs at the end of the season..........?

Meanwhile, my other team continues to run away with the AL Central...

Carter being let go is a bit of a surprise, though I spose he deserves it if he just wants to get stoned and wasted all the time.

In other slightly-old-but-still-shocking-news, the Minnesota Vikings signed formed WWE wrestler Brock Lesnar. He's gonna try out as a DE. (He signed a week ago. Whether or not he makes the cut is another question.) The Vikings need defense, if he's good enough, then anything helps.

Here's my question, why are the remaining unsigned draft picks refusing to sign? Idiots holding out for money is rather stupid (considering they are rookies, first of all.) Though in the Charger's trade for Eli, I can see why. (The Chargers are just horrible as an organization right now.) I forgot the guys name though, sorry.

The handy little tool bar for making new/editing threads for this or this. I mean, come on, IE is old, obsolete, and abused. I don't know all of the smiley emotes by hand, and I have to guess at them all, most of which I get wrong. It'd be great for those that actually don't know HTML too.

Every character gets the same bow, I doubt that will ever change. But as for saddles, again, play Xtreme Mode (just a basic crap saddle, if you have better, use that instead.)

You clearly haven't played that much, have you? Play enough, and the map is your friend, and your lifesaver, pay more attention to it.

As for more ideas...I think some kind of anti-juggling code where you can't be in the air for 5 minutes because of two officers taking turns.

An evil idea for duels, the officer you fight is based on how built up he or she is. *twiddle* Be careful with Lu Bu, Ma Chao, etc... >

Here's an idea for an Xtreme Mode tweak, how about the difficulty doesn't go from "pathetically easy" to "whoa! how did I lose all that life?!" between levels 10-12... Stretch it out a bit more... It's no wonder I've never managed to get past mission 29...

Another for duels, fix the arrow bug. I've survived many duels when I shouldn't have been able to because of this. (Run into a corner, face it, pull out the bow, hold it until time runs out.)

Here's an idea, I don't like the 2 player musou crap that Samurai started. Though the musou's are cheesy, that's a stupid way to prevent abuse. Don't make musou's so damn good if you don't want abuse issues.

When Empires comes out at the end of the month (to be shipped in US stores August 31st, $19.99 estimated price) I hope for new stuff to be done with weapons. You know, like more levels, different bonuses (really, why does Jiang Wei need level 20 jump shoes?), and well I dunno.

If Ricky does come back, he has a long suspention waiting for him anyway. Since he filed his retirement papers, unretiring within a year means a 4th failed drug test. That is indefinite suspension, usually a year. At this point, he's not worth the trouble. I hope you enjoy the rest of your life Ricky, you did yourself in good. But what do I know? The world revolves around you...

Yeah, hit F1, and do the snapshot advance a frame option. Though it seems like it advances 2 frams now and then. That is what you are looking for though. Hope it helps.

Glavine needs 40 wins, he plays for the Mets, nuff said.
Randy's too old, needs 60 wins, and he plays for the Diamonbacks, nuff said.

The reason why it won't, is because of the 5 starter rotation. Too many days inbetween pitching, and the uncertanty of the game (sometimes), and then there's injury.

Take this, you would need 20 wins a season for 20 seasons. =\ [/math]
How many times has Pedro won 20 in a season? For that matter, how about Schilling, Santana, Wood, or Prior?

Toxic is correct, practically 0 chance of a new member of the 300 club happening.

Well, there's two good ones, Spybot: Search and Destroy, already mentioned. The other being Ad-Aware 6.0. Both will serve you well.
