When I was still actually using TLP, it was mainly for copying between files. Sure, you can do that in YY-CHR, too, but it's a little bit more work that way. But really, Tile Molester is my editor of choice. It just needs a couple more options that YY-CHR (such as importing palettes from savestates) has and I can completely eliminate YY-CHR from my routine.

As am I. That doesn't mean I can't put forth the best damn effort that I can. Not that I'm making any specific judgments here, but still. Being new is not an excuse for being sloppy.

BTW, here is a quick little palette edit (plus a little tile editting too) I made to demonstrate how easy it really is to make Shadow Mario look good (or at least decent). Of course, I would also recolor him so he wouldn't be using up the entire palette for only 4 colors, and also touch him up quite a bit before release, but this was a quick edit, as I said.

Where's the "Go with something completely original" and "Whatever fits the theme of your hack" options?!

Holy smokes, BMF, I love you. Seriously man, good job. I have been waiting for a skilled hacker to make this patch for a very long time.

I hate to agree with such grim outlooks, but the level design does look a bit uninspired. A definite plus, however, is that you obviously understand how to use all the objects without making them look like total crap. Just work a bit on varying things a little. I would want to play it before I made such a complete judgment, because I have problems taking screenshots that do my sets justice and it's very likely someone else has the same problem.

In case anyone is interested, I am currently working on a Lego themed tileset. I can post some screens when I am home if you guys want. I'll release it when I'm done as well.

EDIT: Oh, and I found that old graveyard set I was working for whoever. I'm willing to release what I have if someone wants to take a crack at finishing it.

Now let's just hope that no one remembers that little offer I made a while back in regards to getting a fix for this.

That's pretty stupid reasoning, Glyph. You could do everything Lunar Magic does with just a hex editor, too, ya know.

Do you have every single one of the offsets memorized? How about what values they should be set to for each effect? I would much prefer a quick little utility that has them all ready to edit over busting out the offset list and using a hex editor.
