From what I've heard, PSO Eps 1 and 2 for the Cube are quite rare as well. I've seen it in many stores where it still sells for about $40, even though the game's two or three years old by now. That also depends on whether or not the store even carries the game at all.

I've seriously been looking forever for a place that has either the OST or remixes of songs from F-Zero GX. I've tried looking on OCRemix and all that, but I've never been able to find it. Hopefully one of these sites has that and more. EDIT: Bah, haven't been able to find it in any of these places either...yet... (edited by FireOcean on 07-06-05 11:31 PM) |

Some suggestions: 1. Find a new game to play 2. Rent or see a movie 3. Watch other people through your window and laugh at them 4. Go to YTMND. |

Do what I do. Listen to electronica. It's basically unheralded in the United States, but it's huge in Europe and stuff. And it's really, really good.

And I was hoping that Ortiz would take the MVP award, but I guess they gave it to Tejada anyway because he hit the monster HR. Meh. (edited by FireOcean on 07-13-05 12:18 AM) |

Slight bump for a quick question. So I've gone to one of those sites and I found a couple of soundtracks that I want to get via torrent. Problem is, I'm one of those paranoid types who believes that at any moment, something like this can get me slapped with one of those f-ing huge lawsuits, and my parents would probably disown me if I did something like that. My question: What are the odds that I'd get caught getting stuff like this? (edited by FireOcean on 07-16-05 12:28 AM) |

Well, there is a metal pad by Red Octane called the Afterburner which is supposed to be as good or better than a CF. I guess the appeal for the Afterburner is that it's molded almost exactly like an arcade metal pad - even with the lowered sensors (as opposed to the raised sensors on a CF). I just need a pad in general because my Ignition's broke, so I basically have nothing else to do except play Stepmania on keyboard. Frankly, I can't beat 12-footers on the keyboard . I just can't stand all the jump-steps and step-jumps that there are in those types of songs. I've just been browsing BMS, looking for the best simfiles available (I got several from IIDX 12 Happy Sky yesterday). Without a pad, I'm basically getting the simfiles for the music. |

Spoiler: Go to http://pottercrash.ytmnd.com. If you look, don't say I didn't warn you. Seriously, though, in the first hour I was on the Internet on Saturday, the ending was spoiled for me. Oh well, I still loved the book, and it's definitely preparing me for the last book. In face, there were several things that I didn't understand in there, so I'll probably go back and read all the books and then read HBP again. Originally posted by Cymoro Yeah, the teaser was shown at Comic-Con. I've also known about this for a while, long enough to know that I probably won't go and see it. Even if the teaser was received somewhat warmly, I doubt I'll see it because most of Vin Diesel's movies = teh suck. |

Originally posted by Tamarin Calanis Zelda 2, I've said before, and I'll say again, is the single hardest game I have ever played. I've never even gotten to the third dungeon before my NES or emulator went haywire. But yeah, for the longest time, I was missing tons of the hidden extras on DKC2, but with a ton of patience and curiosity, I finally reached the Lost World (without a strategy guide). Acing a DKC game without a strategy guide is very tough to do, trust me. (edited by FireOcean on 07-22-05 02:16 AM) |

Bah, DDR Mario Mix, IMO, won't really be anything to shout at. I'm waiting for information about Extreme 2 and Ultramix 3 to show up. I certainly hope they don't ruin Extreme 2's song list, because the songwheel and interface looks very good. It reminded me a little bit of a IIDX songwheel, which reminds me that I need to find a IIDX machine somewhere close to my house.

The one thing I see that's deficient about the 2MB Megamix is that there's no trace of MAX. (period). Other than that, it's damn good.

Bah, I need a different theme than Techno Fiend 3. It's really starting to wear on me. Does anyone know if there's a IIDX RED theme, or an Extreme theme available to download? I've suddenly got a huge interest in IIDX...it's really weird...

I noticed you resubmitted both Impossible Songs on BMS today, Hiryuu. And I've also noticed that a lot of people are bitching and whining because of the insane difficulty. Speaking of which, what were all the songs that you mixed into both songs? I caught most of the ones on the original, but there are a few near the end on the second one that I couldn't get. Also, I'm surprised that no one has tried to do a megamix of PARANOiA or TM yet. It could sound pretty good depending on how it's mixed... |

Well, I was listening to both Impossible Songs, and I just decided to list all the songs I could hear: The Impossible Song: - PSM, CSFIL, Dynamite Rave, Drop the Bomb (System SF Mix), AM-3P (AM East Mix), Sakura, B4U, MAX300, Witch Doctor, V, MaxX Unlimited, Afronova, Matsuri Japan, back to PSM The Impossible Song 2: - The legend of MAX, Rhythm & Police, Love Love Shine (?), Look to the Sky, PARANOiA KCET, 321 Stars, era (nostalmix), Gradiusic Cyber, R3, Ecstacy (?), back to LoM There may be one or two at the end of ITS2 that I didn't catch. I'm not sure about LLS, but I could hear some distinct Japanese vocals at the beginning... EDIT: Also, is BMS down? I wasn't able to get on last night, and I still can't this morning. Just run it by me quickly, Hiryuu. What are some of the big-name songs that were in 4th Mix? I'm too lazy to look them up. |
