| So I got a broken Xbox for free. I turned it on and got an 09 error. Looked it up and it means that the mobo cant communicate to the HDD. Basically: I set the HDD to master and replugged the IDE cables. It works now. Kinda. It basically will work for a while and then it will take a few seconds to rendor things so characters in Halo 2 will appear out of nowhere sometimes. Also during the time when it's going really slow, the sound will be choppy. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? | |||

| It wasnt modded. Half the people at Zophar.net think that it's the HDD and have suitable reasons for believing so... the other half want to have console wars. We all know the XBox would win. Just drop it on the GC or PS2 and they'd die... lol seriously: They're all good systems and it just depends on what you're into. |
