| you can use Visual Basic to do that but I highly recommend you to NOT do that at all. GLUT is an OpenGL abstraction layer that enables you to build graphics based applications without having to learn how to make windows. Otherwise, you'd have to learn how to use the Windows API or MFC to do what you want to do. As for ease, there is source code out there to show you how it is done.
