Well maybe it's pronounced something like "Heart Eighth Note Exclamation Point Question Mark", or "Heart *musical sound* Exclamation Point Question Mark". I actually never put any thought into it. A quick fun fact is that Geno's real name is different in Japan. Here's a comparision, as taken from TMK. So in Japan his real name is actually pill zigzag zigzag tv like thingy double arrow thingy. |

| It's supposed to be unpronouncable. So he used the name Geno. So I call him that. In the context of the game, he could make a noise that humans (etc.) couldn't. | It may be that you all just think to much of it. They probably wanted it to look strange, so put it there as symbols. And then, it is a foreign, alien langauge, and we wouldn't know what those symbols would mean. Since it is text, for all we know it could be 4 seperate sounds, or just one.
