| AH!! Why, it's the Copter Bubble, the very essence of metamorphosis on Yoshi's Isle. Ahh... 'Tis a beautiful thing when a Yoshi embraces one of these bubbles and experiences true soul unison. Not many are capable of this feat, you know... Yoshi lore states that the bubbles were probably created by ancient Magikoopa guardians to assist the Yoshi tribes in their first battles against the natives on the isle... The guardian Magikoopas were supposedly led by a seer who saw the Yoshi nation to be very prosperous, if given the chance, so they went ahead and summoned the bubbles which allowed the Yoshis to become versatile upon terrain, and eventually better at fighting in all circumstances. Thus, the Yoshis prospered... They probably would have anyway, but the Bubbles severely helped. Anyway, that's just a theory in an old book I bought from an Indigo Ninji a few years ago. There's other cool stuff inside the book, but now's not the place to discuss it... Cool ancient reference, Peardian! I had no idea you knew the Lore so vividly. Keep the comics coming, pal-- you just keep getting better! |

| I almost made #85 last night, but I ran out of time... Since today's Friday, I'll be able to finish it and maybe a few more Mario pictures... The frozen face is a Flower. In Yoshi's Island, frozen Flowers appear as sad faces. Once they're unfrozen, they sprout petals and you can collect them. As for King Longspear (Woohaha!)... Spoiler: He appears in #103 along with the royal dancers. Does anyone else know the location Kirby and Yoshi are in now?  |
