| well, im trying to get a PSX emu to work for my FFIX rom (i have the acual disk and system so its legal, they just dont work so i cant use them directly) when i try to play the FFIX.bin file it gives me a "no WGL extentions" error. Someone please help... | |||

| Would I be correct in assuming you're using ePSXe as your emulator? Even if you're not, I did a google search for the error message, and got a few results, and of those this one looks like it has some info on how to fix your problem. Here's the answer that was given to the question: a) Update your gfx card drivers or (if a) doesn't help b) get yourself a modern gfx card or (if you cannot afford b) c) use the standard OGL1/D3D6/D3D7 plugins Judging by those answers, it seems like it's something with your video card  You could try using a different video plugin.(edited by Karadur on 01-17-05 06:11 PM) |

| BIOSes go by the same rules as ROMs, since technically, that's what they are. There might be some homebrews which you could distribute, but you can't post the official ones here. And it'd really help if you mentioned what emulator you're using here. |
