The real SMB2 (aka Lost Levels), it's got the true gameplay elements from SMB1, the way the game should play like in SMB1, it also lets you choose a Mario or Luigi game too.  |

| I liked the SMB2 we knew here (bring good old memories, and working on Strange Mario Bros 2 was fun too), even though it was different from the "real" Mario games ... but at the same time, I also had fun with SMB2j since it was like a "new" SMB1 and it is the real sequel ... looking for the SMB2j ROM eventually got me into SMB1 hacking, too I'm rather undecided, but I'll vote SMB2 just because I played it more and at least beat it multiple times |

| I honestly liked both, but yeah it can easily be told that there is a clear difference from DDP compared to other Mario games. But, Lost Levels seemed more classical and was just more fun. So that's my vote between the two. |
