| This is the first round of the tournament, and as a sim-battling tournament, it follows all the rules of normal sim-battling. Except, all of the fights take place in an arena about foot ball field sized, but circular and cement. Good luck in the first match, and try to take advantage of the arena, I didn't describe it fully for a reason. It doesn't matter which of the two fighters posts first, as long as they post, and battle. All rounds will close in three weeks. |

| Suddenly a wind flew through Dracoon's hair. Dracoon looked over and saw a large black bird cawing at him. Dracoon being very curious walked over to the crow. Just before he got to the crow a man dressed in a black skin-tight shirt and black jeans. His black hair flowed down across his eyes, but his eyes were still visible. In fact his eyes seemed to peirce through Dracoon's very soul. The man then spoke up, "My name is Eric Draven I have come to battle MetalMan88, but it doesn't seem that he is here yet so I guess that I shall just warm up." Eric took off his leather trench-coat and set it up against the cement wall. Eric then jumped from that wall and landed in the middle of the arena. Moments later Eric unsheathed his sword and slashed at some random air currents. The sound of the blade slicing through the air amused him so he kept doing it. Eric then rew bored and so he sat down cross-legged and with his sword in front of him. Eric's black crow flew down and landed on his shoulder while he meditated. | *After a rather long wait, Metalman finally materialized. He warped in, much like Megaman in his games. He took one look at Eric, and snapped his fingers to get his attention. * "I have finally come. Sorry for the wait, but I can get sidetracked very easily... let me begin with an attack to test your... dodging ability." *Metal merely smirked, waited for Eric to give him his full attention, and then merely threw a single sawblade at Eric's shoulder. It was fast, but a relatively weak attack. Any good fighter would be able to handle it without much of a problem. But why did he use such a weak attack, when surely it would leave him open to attack?* |

| Ah good you have arrived, I was thinking for a while that you were not going to show up. But you obviously have so lets get started." Eric stands up getting out of his cross-legged position and looks at Metal Man with a very weird looking smirk on his face. Metal Man reaches down and a saw blade materializes at his fingers, he then leans back and throws the saw blade right at Eric's shoulder. Eric sees the attack and decides that it is time to show Metal Man the ability that he has acquired. Eric lets the saw blade cut right through his shoulder, you can clearly see the whole from the attack and then Eric starts to yell," Ah ah ah ha ha ha the wound that you have done has done nothing." Just as he said that the bllod that was flowing from the wound flows back into the wound and the woun heals itself revealing skin instead of a cut. In fact the only damage that can be seen is the damage that was done to Eric's shirt. Looking at the place were the cut was Eric starts laughing and then he lowers his head allowing the black hair to flow past his eyes and he stares at Metal man as if staring into his very soul. "It is my turn for an attack so I think that I will make this one count." Eric reaches to his back stretches out his arm and grams the handle of his sword and pulls. His sword, known as the tetsusaiga, is now unsheathed and Eric brings it in front of him. "I have to make this count." Eric runs staright at MetalMan and starts slashing and slashing at MetalMan's chest hoping to cut him. Now that his attack is done Eric does a back flip and lands right were he had been sitting when MetalMan had entered the arena. "Lets make this fight a fun one okay." Eric then places his arm behind his head and resheathes the tetsusaiga into it's sheath. After doing this Eric sits down cross-legged again and waits. |

| * Seeing the blatant attack come right at him, Metal simply blocked the slice with his arm. While it, as usual, but cut a little, the damage was minimal. He snickered at Eric, then pulled out some more sawblades. * "So, you think you're tough, eh? I bet that healing takes a lot of energy. Whoops!" * The three sawblades in his hand suddenly became energized, ready to explode upon contact with anything. They flew at Eric, burning a trail through the sky.* |

| Without even thinking and working on reflexes Eric stands up and jumps to the side dodging all three of the saw blades. The saw blades went and hit the wall exploding on contact, and they made a black explosion marks on the wall. Now that Eric was out of the way he raised his left hand and began to swirl it in the air causing lightning to grow around it. "I will wait till next time before releasing this on you." |

| "What a great plan. Unfortunately, lightning is... rather powerful. And it appears like I have a hole lot of metallic objects to throw at you..." *Metal, utilizing the lightning in Eric's hand, immediately leaped to... tackle Eric? His hand grasping for the lightning quickly. Of course, this wouldn't be complete without the complementary handfull of sawblades. Five of them, this time. While that was yet another predictable attack, it was to be followed by one of the strangest attacks Metal had pulled off yet." |

| Eric keeps spinning his arm in the air and he begins to crouch down. While crouching down Eric looks over and sees Metal begin to charge at him. Eric finishes his charge and then waits until metal is almost to him. Once Metal finally gets within five feet of Eric, Eric taps the ground and then springs thirty feet in the air and twenty feet across at the apex of the jump. Eric lands twenty feet behind the still charging Metal and spins his hand again and says,"I call forth lightning from the heavens!!!" Eric swings his arm faster and then he releases the level two lightning directly at Metal and since Metal is made of Metal he is going to have a hard time dodging that, if he even can. "It must suck being made out of metal and someone uses lightning on you." Eric swings his arm in the air again creating a lightnin orb in his hand. Eric reaches behind his head with his right arm and unsheathes tetsusaiga and brings it in front of himself. "I hope you like fireworks." |

| "And I hope you don't have a terrible amount of value attached to your life." * Metal just watched the lightning come at him. While it struck him nearly instantly, the reaction was different than expected; it fully recharged Metal's energy, but damaged some circuits. He looked to the sword in Eric's hands with a vicious smirk. * "Let the hunter become... the hunted!" * Suddenly, extreme electromagnetic forces, generated by Metal's integrated magnets, locked onto Eric. The ground, and Eric himself would experience a massive amount of uplifting energy. The ground itself and Eric would begin floating in the air... a few feet, not impressive, but scary. * "Since you seem so intent on dodging everything I throw at you, I might as well throw you instead!" * Metal then threw Eric and the ground accompanying him into the ground. A small explosion accompanied the hit, caused by the rapid dispersal of energy. Metals systems were now only at 50% power, but he just had to show this seemingly invincible combatant who's boss. * "I'd like to see you do THAT!" |

| Eric continues to charge the lightning orb and just laughs at the feeble attempt of Metal to electrify and through him. "Well since lightning technically comes from the ground and you just shot the ground then I guess that I will just let the lightning hit me and absorb into my sword. You don't realize what you have just done. For I was going to use the lightning that I just charged and equip it to my sword but, you just did that. And now I have the power well just wait a second I am going to make this a little bit stronger." Eric spins the electirfyed ball in his hand extremely fast and then epuips it to his allready electrifyed blade making its level up to three. "Ha ha ha ha ha...Now I shall unleash a very power full move." "I UNLEASH THETSUNAMI BLADE You are finished." Since Eric and Metal were standing near the edge of the arena Eric runs to the center jumps up and strikes the ground with the level three Tsunami blade. Instantly making a fifty foot crater, which is in the center of the arena. Eric then crouches down and then springs out of the whole and goes twenty feet above the surface area of the crater, which is at the same level as Metal. He seems to matrix in place right there and then the areana fills with water. In the deepest spot it is fifty feet deep and at the shallow part, were Metal is, it is only three inches. Eric then dives deep into the water at the deepest part and unleashes his electrifyed tsunami blade into the groun causing a level 8.2 earthquake which makes riples on the top. The further the ripples go in the higher they get and by time they get to Metal they are Fifty feet high and traveling at over three hundred miles and hour. Each wave of the tsunami is followed very closely, ten feet, by another wave that is even stronger. In all there are fifty waves and after they all go the water is gone leaving Eric in the middle still with his sword stuck in the ground. "Thanks for the help with my attack..." |

| "I must say, you damage the environment more than I do! It appears I will have to do something drastic." * Metal floated up a bit, seeing the incoming tsunami. While there was no way to out-and-out avoid this attack, as usual, there were holes in the attack plan. Metal glowed with electromagnetic energy, using all the nearby water to conduct more energy. Then, when the tsunami was about to hit, he.... dove into the nearby water right under the wave! He came out, moderately damaged by the water, but now harnessing a huge amount of electricity. * "Never give your opponent an escape route, even if your attack can destroy entire continents. Now, I shall teach you the hard way!" * All of this water was a boon to Metal. He used his newly charged up energy to blast the water, causing all the water within a 10 feet diameter of Eric to be electrified. Then, using his great power over the electromagnetic force, he made a clap with his hands. The electrical water surged up at Eric while a lightning bolt simultaneously hit the same spot! * |

| Even though all of the water, around Eric withing 10ft, was electrified, all of the water was going out toward Metal. However the lightning that did make it to Eric was chanelled directly into his sword, save a little bit that got him. The waves finally left the arena and the effects of the lightning were now gone except what were absorbed into his sword. Eric now pulled his sword out of the ground were he had struck the ground and placed it in front of him. His sword was glowing in a blue aura and was spitting off lightning into the air. "You don't realize what you have just done. Now that you have re-energized my blade I can un leash an attack upon you that might hurt a little." Eric placed his sword in front of him and set it up so that he was going to charge. He then charges at Metal in a zigzag formation so that he can dodge any attack that is done against him. Eric is now right in front of Metal and he slashes and slashes at him with extremely eletrified blade. "Ugh I am becoming bored with you. Do something that is actuall worth my time." |

| "You have just been set up, my friend." *As Eric came closer, Metal glowed. Suddenly, a HUGE cloud of... energized saws... ready to explode... (Read: NON-ELECTRIC) came from underneath the water. They homed in on the huge amount of electricty that Eric had on him. Then, even worse, the water around them was channeled into a huge wave, full of buzzsaws... coming from the back... there was no conceivable way to escape. Taking the electricity had been a mistake. Metal himself FLEW towards Eric, spinning wildly and now covered in dangerous looking spikes... the entire mess closed in on Eric...* "With the amount of energy that has gone through you, there is no conceivable way that all of this will miss!" |

| "Wow there is one problem to your theory. All of the water vanished after my attack was gone so I can clearly see your attack coming at me. Not that it will matter." Eric simply laughed at the attack for he knew that it would do no harm to him. Eric stood there, stopping his charge at Metal, and let the sawblades go right through him. The blades sliced right through Eric leaving a heap of body parts on the ground, even though the sawblades are attracted to my sword therefore they should strike my sword instead of Eric. Within seconds a black crow flies down and lands right on top of the heap of body parts. The bird begins to peck at the parts and then a red aura apeared on the parts of Eric. Eric then stood up and his blood and his parts reformed to his body. He then got out a roll of eletrical tape and taped of his shirt and pants. It now looked as if he was made out of electrical tape, which he almost was since his body had been mutilated. Eric was still standing right next to Metal so he picked up his still eletrified tsunami blade and slashed and slashed at Metal. It almost seemed that there was no place for Metal to go since Eric was so close and the blade was so powerful. Just as the crow had came it was gone, out of sight and out of mind. "Nice try with the attack but you must realize. I was dead once and I don't want to be dead again so lets try and let my body to stay together. I mean it is pretty fun to keep respawning with a new body and all but still it kind of annoys me." |

You healed yourself instantly after Metal's first attack. Two, no mega-powerful attacks. Fifty-foot crater and you didn't even charge up? Naw, you're disqualified by my book. Metal, my vost rests with you. Kudos." |
