| The name is only mentioned once and isn't even shown when Tatl tells you about him when fighting. You got the right answer, but I'd like to see if anyone else actually knew that. Besides, I don't think everyone has played MM, unfortunately. Seriously underrated Zelda game. |

| They released BS Legend of Zelda was released actually, but it was for such a very short time actually and it was only a couple of parts to it. I believe it was only about for a day, and then it kind of died after that. | |||

Exactly, it was unfinished. They were releasing parts of it as they went along, but never completed it. I would count that as zero  Besides, Fyxe wanted new games, and it was a remake of the first Zelda. |

| Well, I haven't known the real details about it. All I know that there are 2 games that involve Zelda on the BS. One is BS Legend of Zelda and the other is BS ALttP. Maybe the wording of the question might have thrown me off. I know that BS Legend of Zelda was released for about 26 hours or something and then BS snatched it and it disappeared until some romhackers made it so that it could be played without having to worry about time or anything. And right now, they're working on making BS ALttP into something real nice. But the floors are missing and stuff. |

| Ok, clearly nobody knows. There were two 'new' BS-X Zelda games. The first was released after LA, in 1995 I believe, and was available to play for four weeks. After each week, two new dungeons would be available. It was a 'remake' of the first TLoZ, but like Metroid Zero Mission it was significantly different and was not just a Mario All Stars graphic upgrade. The game WAS finished and complete. The ROM hackers have just made it playable on emulators. It was released again in 1997 along with 'Ancient Stone Tablets', which was a BS-X version of ALttP, with new dungeons, new items, a new overworld (based on the original overworld) and an entirely new story. This worked on a similar week system and was also a complete game, but at the moment has not been emulated correctly *possibly* due to incomplete dumps of the game, although that may not be the case. The Japanese got to play it in full, however. Both of these games introduced time-based events and a time limit that would come back in Majora's Mask, and a few other interesting little tidbits that would be used in later games (such as clouds covering areas not yet visited on the map, used in OoT). They also released the Japanese ALttP on the BS-X system for a brief time, which was identical to the original Japanese release but just meant that anybody with the BS-X could play it. You all lose. Two was the answer I was looking for.
