| When sending cards out to places like Canada, just to be on the safe side, I'll throw on two stamps. Better safe than sorry and you're only losing out on .37 cents. And like what Leg says, they do have .1 cent stamps. |

$0.01 stamps then.  The post office will NEVER reject anything with too much postage. If you want to put so much on there, then that's your problem, but as long as you meet the minimum requirements you're fine. |
