About the best guess I can offer. I believe there's a band called "Fifty Caliber", but wether that counts or not, I'm not sure.

I was going to say Maximum Carnage, but that game certainly wasn't "very, VERY unsuccessful".

No. As a consolation, you got PART of the first word in the title right. I will have you know that the music is this game sucked big time, and it was more embarrassing for the band that wrote it. Wait an hour.
