Actually, no. I guess I meant during gameplay. He's only on Yo'ster Isle in the ending cinema. But while you are still playing the game, there are 5 occasions in which you bump into him... well, 6, really [edit: you bump into him twice in one place... well, 2 places if you want to be REALLY technical... but there's 5 areas on the world map where you see him]... but think over where you see him and perhaps you can guess again in another hour.

He only has one cronie, but you're still WAY off...
