| Try it, you can rate from 0-10. So that's what it's out of. Don't take them too seriously though, most people only rate people they really like a 10 and people they really hate a zero (never rating anyone they don't have particularly strong feelings toward) or just everyone 0 or 10. | |||

Yeah ... and also most banned people usually also have very low ratings; although it is pretty useless to rate these, especially when they're permabanned. Hence a rating if an account name "Ninja AE" might return  Also too serious people tend to get lower ratings than another ones. But as said, basically a neat idea, but taking that too seriously sucks. |

| The formula is quite simple, since a user with more posts has more influence to someone than with a lower number of posts. User level x 10 = maximum rating, so I can give up to 370 points just now to users, if I find her/him very good; but let's take someone with level 120 with her/his 1200 max. points |
