| When should they stop making FFs? I think once they just get way off from the good old FFs, but if they keep with the goods then I hope they go forever, but other wise at the rate there going now i hope they stop at 14 and I won't care, they got to change something. |

| I'll have to disagree on that one. The video game industry will never run out of ideas. Some games may dissapoint because of lack of innovation, or them not being a complete reinvention of a genre, but 90% of the time it's not because of lack of ideas. I thought Super Mario Sunshine was a great game, similar to what fans liked about previous mario's but expanded upon. More of everything, new ideas and twists. If people wanted a different game than mario, why did they bother to get....mario? | |||

| I think once they remake Final Fantasy VII people will start getting into that sort of game (great storyline) and Final Fantasy will start to have more games with a better storyline then all this new crap like FFVIII and FFX-2. I think a remake will bring the FF's back to life. | |||

| You can kill Ronald McDonall(d) in Ultima 2 (though the guards beat you up...) Another thing that could help FF is to revive some old villains... a 3d cutscene of Garland becoming Chaos would be cool |

According to a video game mag I read a while ago, when they announced FFX, Square said that Final Fantasy XII was going to be the last Final Fantasy. (But this was before Square joined up with Enix, so who knows when they'll stop?   ) |

| It's ironic though if you know the history of Square, "Final Fantasy" got it's name because it was seriously going to be, the "Final Fantasy" or the final game put out by Square you could say. Face the facts, it's true that in Japan Dragon Warrior was superior for awhile over Final Fantasy (and still is from what I've heard), and Square got crap sales. But then they put out Final Fantasy, little did they know that game would save their careers. | |||

| Hmm... So I'm the only one that finds its pathetic that he can name 25 games with the name Final Fantasy in them off the top of his head? I'm also the only one probably that also thinks Final Fantasy is rediciously over rated, probably more so than Lord Of The Rings. I can't even name 25 non-FF square games, which is sad. Square can make some really good games, so can Enix. I say, they drop the damn name. The games aren't related in anyway anymore really. Wow, same enemies names, same item names, same charater names. Big whoop. Storylines are different. If the Storylines were about the Crystal's still, I wouldn't be bitching but those stopped at FF6. Which was FIVE NON SPIN OFF games ago. Of course the world revolves around money and slapping the name on Final Fantasy on a crappy game is a surefire way to make some money (Final Fantasy Adventure, Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, Not to mention FF9-FFX2). So yeah, they should stop now. |

| I think they shouldn't stop. They should just improve the game play in instead of the graphics. FF 10 was so much in to the graphics the bad guys were lame. Yu yevon was a bug like thing and you could even die while fightin it!? |
