| "This is odd... I wonder if this is a fake?" Star turned towards Siryx, but didn't say anything. He thought for a second and then spoke. "Yes we have... physically, not sure if you were aware of it. I'm the guy who had his body stolen." At the same time Star was trying to talk to Seraph. "Is this the real one?" Destin looked up broken out of his concentration. He thought the sword would be different, but it was fine how it was. It was still strong enough to fight with and he did need something to fight with. "Glad to meet you to Siryx..." Destin's thoughts quickly travled back to what was happening. |

Even NeoBowser can't scratch it. I suspect that, in order to prevent Dark Weapon from being used, he was robbed of his soul. We will have to find his soul and return it into his body!" ... You worked for the absolute evil, you were evil, but now your good. If you can't remember these things, I'm afriad I may have to make you remember. Or rather... Seraph will." Serra practically took of at a dash with Destin setting off behind her. Star thought for a second, but he jumped and chased after them too. Serra reached the store room door and swung it open. |

| Serra stepped inside, but readied the scythe at the same time. She didn't want to be caught by surprise, and with Desting comming in right after her and the stranger right after him. She didn't think she had to worry about anything. "Anyone in here?" "Hmm..." Star was ready for anything, he now held both of th swords at the same time, wondering if they'd be able to react together in any way. |

Voice: "Forget... forget who you are... forget what you are... forget your friends... forget your family... I will erase all memories and feelings within your minds and grant you eternal peace... and then, I will allow your souls and bodies to become faithful servants of the king among kings, the mortal whose glory will shine for eternity, the almighty NeoBowser. Your life won't have purpose... you will have no worries... you will be eternally calm and happy... as parts of NeoBowser's legions." A movement in the darkness... Serra sensed it. This thing was HUGE! Voice: "I am... your queen... I am... Grandfalloon..." The storeroom's lamps activated themselves, revealing a being that was completely identical to Holy Legion (the evil one, made of souls) exept it had no arms and no wings. It was just floating there, thanks to some kind of power... Also... the souls that made it's body were... weird... it was as if they were still living beings unstead of lost souls but still... something had drained them of everything that made them real beings, turning them into these twisted bodies/souls/whatever these were. Grandfalloon: "According to your memories... you met with my daughter, Holy Legion, and my son, Unholy Legion... so you already know what is your fate... but I am older and stronger than both Legions for I was serving Evil before NeoBowser was even born. Unlike Holy Legion, I will not take your souls... unlike Unholy Legion, I will not take your bodies... I will take your memories and both your empty souls and bodies will become part of me." Grandfalloon emitted a gentle light... and soon after this, all memories began to disappear within the minds of the heroes. Grandfalloon had obviously begun the battle with a first strike! ...also... Siryx was nowhere to be seen... and yet, Serra sensed his presence... He was not part of Grandfalloon but wasn't in the room either... but she could feel his presence. Such a weird feeling... |

| "Heh, I'm sorry, but I'm not willing to forget everything so quickly. I've been around for hundreds of thousands of years, if I can remember I promise I made when I was about 16, then I'm sure you won't have any effect." Star laughed as he brought the memory that was burned so deep in his soul that he couldn't forget it. He refused to. "If you think you'll make me forget something so important, than you are a real fool. I'll NEVER forget!" Star recalled his promise to her, and to everyone else, how they all saw him off, the very day he fought, everything that had happened, he wouldn't let go of it, even if he forgot everything, he would never allow himself to forget that. "Now go back to the pits of hell where you belong!" Star was now glowing with a errii green energy, power flowing through him. Everyone who had trusted him was lending him strength without knowing. There existance gave him more power than he'd ever be able to make himself. The power was far greater than any normal power that could exist. "I won't forget..." Star looked at Grandfalloon and the energy began to transfer over, but instead of trying to do harm, or help, it was slowly creating a seal of pure power. "What s that!?!" Destin stared at the energy, shocked. Serra looked at it, and although worried about Siryx, was amazed. "It feels like soul energy, but it is different. It doesn't feel like Legion's, it feel so much different." Star continued to look at the demon in front of him, drawing the seal inside his mind, trying to imprison the thing forever. Star felt his body weakening. Human's weren't meant to harvest soul energy of any type, and the type he was using should have been impossible to use. |

| OFF: I did a bit of controlling in this post... but I still think that it's worth it. However, if any of you has problems with it... tell me and I'll edit my post right away. ____________________________________________________________________ Grandfalloon: "This is useless. You can become one with me... but you CANNOT become me! Your seal won't work for I am MUCH stronger than that Time Elemental was! I will wash away all of your memories!" SWOOSH! A long tentacle, made of flesh, came out of Grandfalloon. Grandfalloon: "FORGET!" He struck. Instantly, Star forgot how to use Seraph. He even forgot how to wield it... but the promise remained. Grandfalloon: "I SAID: FORGET!" Another strike. This time, all references to where he was, what time it was, disappeared in Star's mind... but the promise? Intact. Grandfalloon: "What is wrong with you?!? FORGET!!!" Another strike. Star forgot how to use magic. He forgot all that the infos he had learnt. Grandfalloon: "HUH?!? That didn't do it?!? Now... I'm serious! Let's see how your co-called memory survive... THIS?" This time, Grandfalloon aimed for the heart! Star was impaled with no way of evading/blocking/resisting... and yet, there was no blood flowing. Grandfalloon had attacked his memory, not his body. This time, Star truly forgot everything... his name, who were his friends, why he was here... but still, a single memory remained. A far-off promise to a person he met but that he forgot. He had forgotten why he had promised... but he had promised. That, not even Grandfalloon can take it away from him... Grandfalloon: "No... No! Impossible... completely impossible... No memory can... be this powerful, right? W... what is this memory?!? What kind of memory can be more important than your very name?!?" Suddenly, all of Star's memories returned. Grandfalloon: "T... this is not true... This is not happening! I cannot be defeated by a mere insect such as... him! Why? Why can't I erase his memory? Why do he still remember? How can he still be standing?" In a flash of light, all the souls and bodies that Grandfalloon had absorbed were released. The souls began to recover their memories and flew again, now free. They fled the Chaos Heaven, seeking the after-life and thanking Star... Now, Grandfalloon was in front of Star, in his true form. So... THIS was how the Legions looked under their coat of souls/bodies! A formless mass of flesh with a single, gigantic eye in the middle. 8 ugly tentacles that ends with mouths form the being's only appendages. Grandfalloon was not horrific-looking, however. He was so small... so powerless-looking. Without his power, he was nothing. Grandfalloon used his tentacles to crawl toward Star. Grandfalloon: "P... please... Star! Do not seal me within you... I beg of you! Have mercy! I'm just a harmless scavenger, hunting for his daily meals! It's not my fault if they happen to be memories... I... I tought that nobody needed them. That I could just eat them and live in peace..." Tears appeared in the monster's eye. Without his coat of souls/bodies, he wasn't that tough. He was truly a "really sensitive guy trapped in a huge body". A formless, harmless puddle of flesh and blood trapped beneath a sea of souls and bodies... Being trapped in the body of one who he cannot consume... Such is Grandfalloon's nightmare... for he cannot harm beings who cannot forget. Beings who just won't forget can see beyond his veil of souls... and see the weak entity beneath and strike it with it's will to remember. Ex's voice echoed... Ex: "Serra... I want you to remember this moment well. Not all foes are defeated with brute strenght. Some enemies can only be harmed using alternative means... and in Grandfalloon's case, it was via memories. Grandfalloon is a parasite, born of the pain of those who supress their pasts. He is the spirit of those who chose to forget rather than to accept. As such... Grandfalloon can overcome all memories... but the second he met with Star's unbreakable memory, his power was broken for he could not overcome him. Sometimes, a pure tought, feeling, or memory will become a mightier force against an enemy than a sword or a gun..." OOC Yes, to bad I wasn't here  ..."I wish I could just let you live, but if I do, you'll continue on your way. No free evil will ever change. They all return to what they did, forgetting what happened. I don't have time to come back and make sure you aren't taking anyones memory's, but I'll do you a favor." Star paused and changed the seal that was now on the floor beneath the creature, its strange green glow lightning up the room. "I'll let you rest forever in peace." The seal began to fade and with it the creature. Star's seal was breaking it apart, seperating the mind, body, soul, and life from the creature, sending them each into an eternity of rest. "Thank you... You kept me alive again... I'll never forget, and I will make it out of here to keep my promise." Star looked at Serra, expecting her to start searching the room for an essence. Star sat down and rested for a second. Serra turned away from Star and began to try and search for any sort of power that could be an essence. She went through this thoroughly, not wanting to miss anything. |
