| Well, there are a few ways to do that, but they are pretty messy. I suggest that you use a tile editor. (YY-CHR is the best one in my opinion) | |||

| Most of us have worked on hacks at points. I'd be working on mine now, but I've been side-tracked by another project. Smallhacker though has never released a hack... Though that's no reason to doubt his word, lots of people know a lot but are too busy to consistently work on something. | |||

| Please look through the older threads before asking for links. You could go back to other pages to get other hacks, such as JJ's hack, my hack, Davis' hack, and a few others. Try looking first. Also, remove the layout... you need a better picture so we can read the text. |

| I say that you should just make this hack however you feel, and stop trying to shape it to the crowd's desires. The idea of a Mars world sound fine to me. And as for the Mario tiles...well...I've decided that I don't think I'll ever even try to change Mario's mustache. But that's me. You should create a test hack where you just play around with the Ex/GFX to see how the system works. Going in there with no knowledge of how to do anything could be disastrous. |
