| You hear people talk alot 'bout living life to its fullest, but what exactly do they mean? Is it making fun every single second of the day, like those dumb, beached surfers? Is it constantly pushing your limits, seeing how far your body or your mind can stretch? Is it gaining as much understanding and abilities as possible? Is it realising your dreams? Is it helping others out as much as possible? I don't know myself, but would like to hear your opinions on it. Oh, and again, this is serious. No drowning senseful posts in almost-spam and almost-flaming, like what happens alot. | |||

| Doing stuff and having fun while doing it is living life to the fullest, smoking weed is not living the life to the fullest. Becuse being sickly addicted to something is far from living the life to it fullest. Having fun while doing some usefull simply.  And when I have reached my dreams, ambitions and goals. I just set up new ones. |

| Generally, i guess it means to experience everything they can, and do something active which satifies them. For me, it would be achieving my ambitions, instead of say, stuck on the PC. But thats not gonna happen for a while. |

| You don't neccessarily have to complete them goals fully, as in some you can do more than once (Maybe get married twice ) Or after you finish your current goals, and after giving yourself a pat on the back, set up new ones (Like Kitten Yiffer said) |

| I have yet to meet anyone that "Lives life to the fullest" I suppose it means do as much as possible at all times, all the time. Sounds like a lot of work to me though. I do what I want, when I want, or when I can, not just because I "should". If I feel like relaxing at home and snoozing away an afternoon, then I will. For me, that's living life to it's fullest. Living MY life to it's fullest. -----edit------ Now that I think about it, all these threads with "Serious Only" "No Crap" etc. etc Are getting rather annoying. No one can tell you how you should live your life. they can tell you how they live theirs, and you can change your lifestyle accordingly, but there is no socialistic ideal how everyone should live.
