Graphics Gale.  That page has a download link and a link to the GG site. It's the best alternative to Paint for spriting and such (if you don't have anything else). Its actually better than Paint IMO.  |

| of if you want one thats like photoshop for free you can try the Gimp. http://www.gimp.org/windows/ thats a really good program, I use it, and its better then photoshop I think. |
