| The only graphics program I have right now is MSPaint. I use to have PSP8 but it was only a trial version. So that is prettymuch the best i can do right now. |

| Well, that certainly does suck. =D You ought to try making a wallpaper with a decent image editor, perhaps PSP8, like you mentioned. Then you might be able to make a wallpaper that isn't a few random cutouts and text slapped on.  |

| It's actually good for a MS Paint thing.. I've seen worse wallpapers. Yes, far, far worse. As for your lack of a good graphics program, get The GIMP. And too learn to use it, use some sort of online book or buy a Photoshop/GIMP book. |
