Wow. I just finished it. Wow. Holy shaith. That had to be the best hack ever! But I did fin one little tiny meesup...and its in the second level to the right of Yoshis House. In the second tunnel part of the level, you go to the top and you get to a tube that takes you back to the outside part, but, if you jump above the tube onto the rock, you fall one square down into it. Nothing big. Just a little mistake. Doesnt affect gameplay but it startled me coming from someone like you.

Dude, even the best hackers make tiny mistakes.

Another completely worthless post from gnkkwinrrul. Yeah, we all know he made tiny mistakes, that's why people bring them up. So they can, y'know, be fixed.

Feeakin' Amazing! I mean, WOW! God, after playing this hack, my Rob-omb's Quest looks like a malformed piece of shit. You have successfully crushed my self confidence and put my poor hacking skills to shame! |

I'd replace it with everything except DWTLC, Sec Reality Project 1 and SMW Returns, those 3 hacks together w/ BMF's are the best! Another completely worthless post from gnkkwinrrul. One fairly big problem I've noticed is that most level sections or sometimes entre levels can be skipped over with marginal proficiency with the cape. Observe: http://mmxbass.hexnet.com/SMO.zm1 EDIT: Link has been fixed. (edited by ||bass on 11-05-04 09:39 AM) |

Originally posted by ||bass This is not only a problem with this hack, but almost every other hack. What I would recommend for a level where you don't have vertical scroll put some blocks above where the player can't see. This was used in one of the special levels and it worked. Stopped some flying... |

I cannot figure out how to beat the Twilight Tower! The Rope Ride thing looks neverending. A little help here?

Originally posted by MutationDuuuuude. Rob-omb's quest was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than demo world. Demo world had crushing problems and merely average level design. Rob-omb's quest had them too, but it was also awesome and every one of the custom sprites, while occasionally poor, was very well made, with the exception of the hammer bros. replacement. Demo world had the pipes, I guess, and the entrance to boo world but other than that is actually below-average.Originally posted by Videogamerpat2 |

Originally posted by Luigi-San Speficially what part are you having problems with? You are talking about Twilight Temple right? I just went through the level, and I didn't see any Rope Riding Part. Oh, by the way, if anyone's figured it out, what's the grey switch in that level for? |

I'm still trying to find any secret exits. I *think* theres one in candy hills (from digging through the rom in hex workshop) but I'll be damned if I can find it.

Found that secret Hint: there's a hidden P switch in the cave area Edit: Spoiler picture if you can't find it yourself (edited by Karadur on 11-07-04 12:44 AM) |

Sorry, did I say candy hills? I meant tallrock heights. The map data itself looks like tallrock has an extra exit. I can't be bothered to look at the level though. That would take too long.

In the second part of that level (the area in the sky) look for a hidden block by the blue platform that red jumping enemy's on. Use the item you get from it on the hole the mole pops out of in the area with the level end

Wow. Having to jump randomly to find secret blocks to find secret exits in yellow-dot levels? That's not very fair, although I admit it adds replay value once you think you're done.. =\ Are there only two hidden levels? |

I think there's 3 actually. The two in the sky place, and then the one level back near the beginning that just has the 'Under Construction' sign in it. |
