| It's the year 200X. An Era of Navis exist here... Since the creation of the PET, people use their navis to fight viruses on the net... Everyone has a navi... Except for one boy.... In the forest... A boy walks along the road... He has a terrible past behind him... Seeking for a way to survive in this world... He struggles... Boy: Gasp... I'm thirsty.... i am surely gonna die this way.... Then the boy sees a bus driving in the far distance. Boy: I'm saved.... The boy stands in front of the bus, and the busdriver opens the door. Driver: What are you doing along this rooad by yourself? Boy: Does it matter? I need to get a lift. Driver: To where? Boy: Anywhere! The busdriver looks at the boy, inspecting him. Driver: Okay go on through. Boy: God bless you! The boy walks through the bus looking for a place to sit. He decides to sit in the back. A girl is sitting next to him, making the boy blush a bit. Girl: Hi, my name is Kairi. What's your name? Boy: My name is....Nickay.... Kairi: Nickay... That's a special name. Nickay sees a bunch of other girls sitting next to Kairi. Suddenly he realises he's the only boy sitting in the back. Only the thought of it makes him red of shyness. The girls giggle a bit. Kairi: So Nickay. What is your navi like? Nickay: Navi? I don't have one. Kairi: Really? Then you're the first one without a navi. Nickay: I guess... Kairi: Then what are you doing on this bus? Nickay: What do you mean? Kairi: This is the bus to the Netbattle Academy! Nickay: What?! Nickay is shocked a bit, but he quickly realises he has no other place to go. Nickay: Hmmm... Doesn't matter... The bus arrives at the academy. Nickay wants to walk further. But he decides to go in anyway. He knows that he has to sign in for taking part of the lessons. For this he goes to the principal. Principal: So you want to sign in huh? Nickay: Yeah. Principal: Why aren't your parents with you? Nickay:....... I have no parents.... Principal: Oh i'm sorry to hear that. Do you have a navi then? Nickay: No... Principal: This is a problem. Without one you cant participate. But maybe i can get you one. Tell you what. Go to room 219 and unpack your stuff. And i'll get you a navi. Nickay: Thank you sir. Nickay walks through the hallways looking for his room. He sees a lot of rooms, but finally finds his one. When walking in, he notices that he is not the only one here. There are a lot of stuff from other students. He unpacks his stuff and lies down at his bed. He grabs a picture of his family and looks at it. *Flashback* ???: Nickay watch out! ???:...... Phew, you nearly fell in the river. Be careful next time. Boy: Okay daddy! *A girl jumps out the bushes* Boy: Hiya sis! Sis: Hi Nickay! Are you having fun with dad? Nickay: I sure am! *Flashback over* Nickay suddenly hears a voice from the distant, and hides his picture under his pillow. A girl walks in the room with some other girls. Nickay recognizes Kairi. Kairi: Well isn't that a surprise! Nickay! What are you doing here? Nickay: I should be the one asking that. Kairi: I sleep here. What about you? Nickay: Me too! (Why didn't the principal said i was sharing the room with someone else?) The principal walks in the room. Principal: Well hello children! All except Nickay: Hello Principal! Principal: Here Nickay, i have a Navi for you. Nickay takes the pet and looks at his new navi. It's a red Navi. Covered his eyes with sunglasses. Long grey hair and a sword on his right arm. Navi: Hello, my name is Blues. *Thats right! Blues from Megaman.EXE* Nickay: Hello... Nickay takes time to get to know Blues... 1 week has passed since then. Nickay is practicing his Netbattle skills. *Deleted* Nickay: Allright! another virus busted! Blues: With you, i can't lose! Nickay: Wow, i never thought having a navi would be this cool! Suddenly the lights went out! Blues: What happened?! Nickay: I dunno. Better go check. Nickay runs through the halls outside. Nickay: Principal! What's happening?! Principal: A virus has hacked the school network. It cut off the power! Blues: A virus is too weak to do such a thing. Nickay: Blues... Are you thinking what i'm thinking? Blues:.... | Off: If other people are allowed to participate in this story, then I'll join. If other people aren't allowed to add to the story, then I hope that this will give you some inspiration! If this story is just plain dead, then sorry for bumping a dead thread! ____________________________________________________________________ In the school network... ???: "Where am I... bah, whatever..." One of the programs advanced slowly toward the virus... Program #1: "Go... go... go away virus!" ???: "I am not a virus... altought I may look like one..." Program #1: "What did you do to us?" ???: "Nothing. I just can't help it..." The virus had a flashback... *Flashback* A half-completed navi was locked inside of a computer network. That navi, Phantron, was supposed to be the first of a new generation of super-navis... A small, defenseless virus was staring at the scary, half-completed navi. Altought it was only half-completed, it was already stunningly impressive... the virus wanted to be like the navi... navis were lucky... Nobody hunted them down and they were loved... The virus approached the half-completed navi, unaware that his fellow viruses had finished destroyed most of the computer network and that a real horde of navis were currently jacking in, ready to bust them. As the virus was about to touch the half-completed navi, a random navi appeared behind him and blasted him. Upon impact, the virus' data was sent on the half-completed navi, dissolving the systems keeping the half-completed navi alive. Forced to awaken, the half-completed navi fell to the ground, in pain. Then... everything went dark. The network had collapsed and yet... the navi still lived. The navi had merged with the virus data in order to complete itself and had somehow formed a matrix around itself, creating an artificial network... The new navi slowly extended the network and then accessed to the internet... *Flashback over* Program #1: "What do you mean, "I can't help it"?" ???: "I must have replaced the data when I came... I cannot exist in regular networks and as such... when I enter a new location, my data expends itself and create a matrix that replace the original newtwork..." Program #1: "What kind of virus are you?!?" The virus came out of the darkness. It was an extremely weird virus... It's body was extremely simple yet difficult to qualify... it had no body, only a head and two huge legs on the sides of it. The head looks like a mix between a robot dragon's head and a robot parot's. The legs were very large and were triangular-shaped. The virus was totally yellow exept for it's blue eyes ???: "I am not a virus... I am Phantron, a new prototype of navi that was never completed..." Program #1: "A navi?!? How could a monster like you be a navi?!?" Phantron: "It is hard to believe... but it is a fact. Navis should arrive soon to fight me... but I don't want to fight. I hope they'll understand that I'm not really dangerous or anything..." |

Nickay: This must be it! Jack in. Blues.EXE! Transmit!!! Blues jacks into the generator net. Blues: Wow! Everything is messed up in here. This definitely isnt the work of a virus! Nickay: Stay on guard... Blues: Copy that! Blues walks through the net, but finds nothing....yet..... |

| Suddenly, a flash from above! Blues: Urk! Nickay: Blues! Are you okay? Blues: I'm fine... Then a navi appears in front of Blues... Blues: Who are you? Navi: My name is Phantron... Sorry i didn't mean to hurt you... Blues: You're sorry? Aren't you a bad navi? *Distant voice* ???: No. that would be me! Blues: What the?! Some kind of disco ball charges at Blues! Blues barely avoids it. A blue navi jumps in front of them. ???: The name is Flashman. I have come here to take the boy! Blues: The boy? Who are you talking about? Flashman: Your operator! Who do you think?! Blues: What?! Nickay: (Oh no! They found me!) Blues: He's not going anywhere! Nickay let's battle this dimwit. Nickay: Okay. Battle Routine Set. Blues: Execute!! Blues and Flashman engage in battle. Flashman makes some light poles appear trying to blind Blues. But it doesn't work because of Blues's sunglasses. Blues: You'll have to do better than that! Flashman: You haven't seen the best part yet! Flashman uses an elecring trapping Blues. Blues: Damn! I'm stuck! Nickay: Blues! Flashman: It's over for you!!! Flashman is about to strike when Phantron attacks him from behind! Flashman: Argh! B...bastard..... Flashman Jacks out and the schools generator is running again. Blues: Huh? Why hasn't the net returned to normal? Phantron: That's because of me... Blues: Huh? Why? Phantron: I cannot exist in regular networks.... Blues: I don't understand... Phantron: I figured you wouldn't... Farewell! Phantron dissappears. Blues: Phantron....who is he? Blues jack out. *To be continued* Off: Tell me... is this story any good? |

It's a big honor to participate in the tournament. because only the three strongest operators can enter. Nickay: I don't care Kairi... I have bigger problems on my mind... Nickay walks away. When he is in his room he grabs the picture hidden under his pillow. Nickay: Mother...Father...Sister....and my brother.... What happened to you?..... *Flashback* Dark voice: Give me the child! Mother: No! Leave us alone! Dark voice: Foolish human... I already have your other son... So give me the last one!!! Father: Never! Vulpa: Nickay run! Nickay: Sis! What's happening?! Vulpa: No time to explain! Now hurry!! Nickay runs into the forest. Suddenly he hears an explosion behind him. Nickay: Nooo! Mommy,daddy,sis! what happened to you?! *Flashback over* Nickay: It's been 5 years since that dark day... I'll have my revenge.... Then Kairi walks in. Kairi: Nickay it's time for class... *In class* Teacher: Okay children. Today i'm going to teach you about the latest battling thing. It's called Cross Fusion! Kid: Whats that? Teacher: I'm glad you ask. Here take this Syncro chip. After learning about Cross fusion the student cant wait to use it. Teacher: Remember kids. Cross fusion can only be used when you're in perfect harmony with your navi. *Bell rings* Kid: Wow, i cant wait to use this. Nickay: (Maybe... with this i can have my revenge...) Suddenly a big roar can be heared from outside. Nickay: Now what?! A navi that looks like a big lion stands outside. Navi: Bring me the boy! Nickay: WHAT?! How can a navi just stand outside like that?! Does that mean.... That Dark Thing that killed my parents... Could it be... That he was a navi?! Grrr...He probably came for me. Nickay rushes outside. Nickay: Hey if its me you want then come and get me! Navi: Rooarrr. You dare to speak like that to the great Beastman? You will die!!! Beastman charges at Nickay. | Suddenly Beastmans attack has been blocked!! Beastman sees i person in front of him that looks much alike Blues. Beastman: It can't be! Student: Cross fusion! Kairi: He did it! Nickay smiles at Beastman. Making Beastman very angry. Beastman: Don't mess with me!! Beastman charges again. But Nickay does a swift move and breaks his arms! Beastman: Aarrrghh! Nickay: Battle Chip Sword! Nickay's right arm turns into a sword. He dashes at Beastman and cuts him in two! Beastman is fading away. Beastman: Bastard! I'll be back! Nickay changes back to his normal form. Kairi runs at him very quick. Kairi: I can't believe you did it! When you came here you didn't even know about navis, and look at you now! Nickay: Yeah...Very nice.... Nickay packs his stuff in his room. Kairi: Huh? Where are you going? Nickay:....Far away from here.... Kairi: But why? Nickay:...... Kairi: Tell me! Nickay: No point in hiding it anymore... Kairi. What i'm about to tell you has to stay a secret. Kairi: I won't tell! Nickay: ..... 5 years ago... *Flashback....again.....* I lived peacefuly in the forest with my family... until that one day... I was playing with my mother at the river... until suddenly a dark form appeared... He was holding my brother Martmon.... He called himself the Dark Lord. Dark Lord: Foolish human. Give me your child, and i'll let you live. Mother: Never! Nickay run! Vulpa and my father came to rescue us. But....they soon became the victim of his power... I was running through the woods. Trying to escape... And i did. It has been 5 years since that day. He killed my family... And now he's after me... I've been hiding 5 years, and i grew stronger every day... *Flashback over* Nickay: And now he found me... I have to leave now! Kairi: ....... Nickay: Kairi... Are you okay? Kairi: I never knew it was like this... So thats why you were walking along the road when we found you... Nickay: Yes...It's a good thing that happened...because i dont know if i would have survived if that didnt happen.... *To be continued* |

| OFF: Well i hate it when i have a good idea for a story and then someone comes and screw it up. Plus i like doing it myself better anyway. Story: Nickay leaves the academy, searching for clues on finding his family. He travels through the woods and arrives in a big city. Nickay: Wooow! What is this place? I've never seen anything like it. Blues: I think it's called a city... Nickay: A city? My dad told me about places like these. He told me to avoid strangers, because they can turn out to be dangerous... Blues: Don't worry! You have me on your side right? Nickay: Yeah...Cross Fusion is very powerful... Blues: Why don't we look around a bit. Who knows? Maybe we'll find a clue.' And so Nickay explores the city a bit. He finds many stores including Chip stores. He decides to buy a few chips. After that it's getting dark. Blues: We'd better find a place to spend the night... Nickay: Yeah but where? I have no money... Blues: That is a problem.... Nickay: I guess i'll go sleep in the park... Blues: I'm surprised that you even know what a park is... Nickay:..... No comment..... The next morning Nickay sets out again. Hoping to find something that may help him this time... Nickay: Maybe i should go back to my house... Blues: Let's do that! |

| Nickay arrives in the forest where he once lived. Nickay: It looks different from before... A lot more shady.... Blues: Aw come on. You're not gonna chicken out are you? Nickay: ........ Nickay is very unsure about what will await him in the forest, but decides to enter it anyway. He passes the river where his parents were killed by the Dark Lord. And then he sees a wooden house. Nickay: Huh? There is smoke coming out of the chimney. Blues: Maybe there is someone inside... Let's go look... But be careful! Nickay: Hmmm Syncro Chip slot in! Cross Fusion! Nickay Cross fuses with Blues and enters the house, equipped with a sword on his right arm. Voice: Who is there!? Nickay: I should be the one asking that question! Voice: L-leave n-now or-or else i will attack! Nickay: That voice.... Vulpa is that you?! Vulpa:H-how do you know my name? Nickay: It's me Nickay! Vulpa: Y-you're not Nickay. He left 5 years ago... And you dont even look like him! Nickay changes back to normal. Nickay: Look at me Vulpa! It really is me! A wolf-like girl is coming out of the shade... Vulpa: It..it really is you! Oh, i am so relieved to see you still live!! Vulpa hugs Nickay so much he can't breathe. Nickay: Vulpa! I can't breathe! Vulpa: Oh, sorry about that! Nickay: Vulpa, how did you survive? Did mom and dad survive? Vulpa: Sorry...i'm afraid they didn't.... Nickay: Dammit! Nickay smashes on the ground in rage! Nickay: What do they want from me?! What do they want from Martmon?! Nickay is nearly about to cry... Vulpa: How come you survived even after 5 years? Nickay: That's a long story.... *To Be Continued* Off: Here is a little information on Nickay's family: His family exists of Wolf-Humans. (Half wolf half human) Nickay and his brother Martmon are the only normal humans in the family, because they were found when they were little babies. |

| Nickay explains what happened in the past 5 years. Vulpa: You must have been through a living hell.... Nickay: Yeah... but i have Blues now. Vulpa: Blues? Nickay: Yeah, he's my navi. Nickay shows Blues to her. Vulpa: Wow. so this is a navi? Blues: Well, at least i'm not a dog... Vulpa: *giggle* When Nickay wants to say something, a big crack can be heared from outside. Vulpa: What was that?! Nickay: Take a guess.... Blues: Not them again! Nickay walks outside. He sees a giant Navi with a lot of swords on his back. Navi: My name is Swordman. I have come to take you. Nickay: Oh yeah? Make me! Swordman: If i can't take you the easy way... I'll have to do it the hard way! Nickay quickly cross fuses with Blues. Nickay: Bring it on! Swordman shoots a large sword at Nickay, but Nickay quickly dodges it! Nickay: You will have to do better than that! Vulpa: Nickay be careful! Nickay: Don't worry Vulpa. Argh! While Nickay was distracted he got caught by Swordmans swords. Vulpa: Nickay no! Nickay: Nggghhhh! Swordman: You're mine! When Swordman is about to strike, he gets hit in his face by someone very quick.... It's Vulpa! Nickay: Vulpa what are you doing?! Vulpa: Face it, you can use a little bit of help! Nickay: If you really wanna help me, then get me loose! Vulpa unlooses Nickay from the trap. Nickay: Time for a little payback! Battle Chip, Aquasword! Nickay's right arm changes into an aqua sword. He dashes at Swordman and cuts him in 2! Swordman: Nooo! Why do i have to suffer the same fate as those other navis?! Nickay: Because i got help this time! Swordman: Aaaarrrgghhh!!! Swordman gets deleted... Nickay: Wow...I didn't knew you were so good at fighting... Vulpa: I trained the past few years. Nickay: I see... After resting from the battle Nickay decides to leave. Vulpa: Why are you leaving? Nickay: ..... I shall not rest until i found my brother.... Vulpa: Well... good luck then... I'll be waiting for you both... Nickay sets out on his quest to find his lost brother... What will happen? *To Be Continued* |

Meanwhile Nickay still continues his search, looking for clues he remains restless... Blues: Nickay, you have been walking for hours. Take a break will ya? Nickay: Sigh...yeah you're right.... Nickay sits down on a rock, and puts his bag next to him. Nickay: The land is so beautiful... It's a pity if this were to be destroyed... ???: I can take care of that! Nickay: What the?! A blast comes from out of nowhere, blowing up the land! Nickay: AARRGGGHH!!! Nickay barely dodges the blast. Nickay: What was that?! Another navi?! ???: You would want that wouldn't you? A person appears in front of Nickay. When the smoke clears Nickay sees that its not a navi... Nickay: What?! A human?! ???:Yes a full blooded human, just like you! The person looks a little bit like a navi. He has big angel wings, and a sword on his arm. He looks a little bit like an angel. Nickay: W-who are you?! ???: Getting afraid? Don't worry....It'll only get worse!! The mysterious person fires another blast at Nickay! And hits! But when the smoke clears... Nickay looks different...He has Cross Fused! ???: Ah...so you too know the fine art of Cross Fusion... Nickay: I figured you cross fused too. ???: You aren't as dumb as you look. My master was right when he said you'd be a formidable opponent... Nickay: Big deal! Now tell me who you are! ???: You can call me The Emperor! Nickay: hmmmm....You look familiar....
