| I'm working on a new Final Fantasy game (have a guess at the name). I need help with some of the graphics, and someone who can use RPG Maker 2003 well. The graphics will have to be 2d (Unless someone knows where I can get a free 3d rpg maker). The main plot is that an evil demon takes over the kingdom, causing darkness to spread everywhere. If someone can tell me how to make an FMV sequence on RPG Maker 2003 I would be really grateful |

| From what I can see, the plot of the game you want to do is too much "Classic". I've seen this kind of games thousands of time. Also, you can't MAKE a movie cutscene with RM 2k3, you'll have to make it with another program (which can export your movie to an AVI file). | Hmm, that plot doesn't sound too intriguing. Here, get this: There's this princess right? Of this magical kingdom. But something goes wrong and she's kidnapped by a dragon. And you, the player character, has to go on a mythical quest to save her. Along your way, you will fight many a bosses and recruit friends to join your party along the way. It's just crazy enough to work.... |

| How would I make it so you can capture the monsters and use them in battle... I'm thinking of changing it to a remake of Jade Cocoon, but I need to know how I can make a capture command, a merge monster command and make the monsters you capture playable... how do i do that with rpg maker 2k3? | |||

| Don't name anything after another game. Its unorginal, plus I'm pretty sure they could get you for copyright reasons. You may also want to rethink the plot, its too generic and over used. |

| I already made a final fantasy game on RPG Maker XP its a prequel to the series. I utililized some aspects of the early games such as the crystals. I also linked all the final fantasy games. You controlled the main character cleverly named Hero since he is obviously the hero of the game. In Hero's world exisits an energy that if controlled could bring the user emense power, and is sought after by many relic hunters. The power was contained in a crystal until one day Hero was searching an old temple and stumbled apom it. He removed the crystal from the pedistool and the crystal shattered releasing its power into the universe. This unbalanced other worlds in the univeres (all the different worlds in the final fantasy series). It also changed Hero. The crystal released some of its power into Hero and gave him new abilities and knowledge. The knowledge he gained is that of the disturbances caused by him throughout the universe. The ability he gained was the power to take control of the people who would have a direct affect on the outcome of the disturbences in the universe (the main characters of the final fantasy series, such as Cloud). But before he can help the other worlds he has to save his own. To do so he must gather the shards of the crystal, so that the energy can be contained. There are tons of secrets and characters like Cloud, Squal and Tidus. Im now working on a Final, Final Fantasy game. It will involve Hero since my story basically explains how he is all the main characters from the series correcting the disterbences he created. Im also haveing the game span over all the worlds of Final Fantasy except Ivalice. |
