| Hiryuu: "Bingo..." A moment's celebration, quickly halted when a bright red flash was sighted coming straight at him...Kami...this again. Hiryuu: "Not this time..." He took the blast dead on, but with the broadsword out front. He skidded back from his position a few feet and almost thought he was going to lose footing before he finally got the energy at a standstill. It was getting a bit annoying being by it, since it felt similar to being next an open furnace. He gritted his teeth and pushed his sword to the left... Hiryuu: "Ei!" ...spinning in tune, and the energy was sent off in that direction, hitting a tree (well, they were always good for something) off in the distance which fell over... ...as the energy crashed through another tree... ...and another...and another... Hiryuu sweatdropped. Hiryuu: "Well I'm glad that didn't hit me..." He looked over in Anya's direction. It indeed looked like she took part of the blast from her prone figure on the ground. Hiryuu: "Oh I hope that's not an 'I surrender' pose..." |

| Hiryuu shook his head and rolled his eyes at the small light show. Hiryuu: [sighs] ~Special effects are soooo overrated.~ Even with the inability to see the blast visually, sensing it wasn't too much trouble, considering it was a large concentration of energy heading straight at him that was practically screaming to dodge it. Hell, a normal person would probably pick up on it's vibe, it was radiating that much. A straight up jump-dodge with a twist sufficed in another evasion from an overly powerful attack. The forest behind him, however, didn't like that fact. CRASH! CRACK! CRASH! KRINK! CRACK! CRASH! That echoed for a good minute and from about a mile's distance away. Damn good thing it missed him. Touching down on the ground a few moments later after this jump, Hiryuu tilted his head towards the trail of destruction that just missed him and shook his head. Hiryuu: "No skill. Whatsoever." Hiryuu was tired of being on the easy dodge defensive. Turning, he shook his head one more time before his visual presence phased out in a split second, leaving a weird and slightly visible afterimage for a second or two. |

| ...which was when Hiryuu reappeared right in front of her face, not really moving far from his position to begin with. Hiryuu: "You missed." Which was also when he let loose a fury of punches... Hiryuu: "HAAA!" ...followed by a ki blast right in front of her, which more than likely threw her for a loop from the unexpected result of her kick. This launched her about a dozen feet back skidding to a halt on the ground. He shook his head and waved his index finger tsking. Had he been going all out, she'd probably be stinging a lot worse right now. Hiryuu: "If this was a test of strength, you'dve been kicking my ass by now with as much energy as you've spent."
