| Yea I remember hearing about this poll when Final Fantasy I and II came out in Japan...they gave a choice of FF3-6 I believe to be remade and released for the DS. It's. About. Fucking. Time. Smart move for the people that voted III, I was hoping for that myself. And it's not like I've got a Wonderswan to go apeshit over III or a Famicom...juuuuust the emus. |

| /\ | | But FF3 was never released for the WSC. Only FF1, FF2 and FF4. Well, I don't know whether being on the DS will benefit the game, but having the game will definitly benefit the DS. I mean, the only FF game not released in the states, which is also both one of the best NES games AND one of the best FF games. How can it NOT sell in large numbers? (Of course, Deadly Towers would sell in large numbers if someone put the FF name on it too, but that's not the point) |

| I'll agree with the eneral sentiment here. Played a good way into it on an emu, and loved it. Spoiler: the point where you get the airship and realize there's a whole other world out there was actually one of my favorite moments in any game, ever. |

| This is the only FF I haven't played much of, and don't own. I've heard only good things about it, some consider it to be better than FFV ... I would have gotten far into it, but the translated version I had was so horribly translated, I stopped playing. And now I'll just wait for this.  Another reason to get a DS. | heres some official new info about FF 3 found at rpgamer; the top screen shows the action while the bottom shows maps and such.(how unexpected) Also, the graphics will have the same quality as FF1 and 2 for teh GBA. | |||

| Hmmm...So Square-Enix is actually going to use the DS for what it is. A dual screened system. How queer, I thought that they would just have the FF or Square-Enix logo rotating on the top screen. |
