Man, I've been waiting and waiting to post this... so here it is. This is Megaman Comic Collection #01, Snakeman's Training! The file is in .doc format and is zipped, so all you should do is click on the link and hit Open (not Save).

Yah, I've had this finished for a while and I just got it on my website. I plan to make a whole series of these in time, but currently I'm busy. (Rom hacking. Don't ask here. ) So, folks, tell me what you think!

1) .doc? I will hurt you for that. Hurt you severely. It's 10-fucking-Megabytes.

2) Sprite comics have been done to death. This one, while having good placement of sprites and good quality (image-wise), lacks in dialogue. It doesn't stand out at all.

Hey, I'm not trying to stand out, I'm just trying to give the world my gift of creativity. I felt bored one morning and just started making this comic. I know perfectly well that this comic is nowhere near as good as some others, like Bob and George for example.

I hope you at least found it funny. I don't get how you can post only bad things instead of at least a few good things about my creation. In this forum, nobody is trying to be better than anyone. Every piece of creativity in this world counts, so stop whining and appreciate, that's what I say.

Anyone else?

Hey I liked that. Great sprite placement and attention to detail. But seriously, .doc?

Yeah. You ought to go with .pdf. At the time being the most versatile format for print and screen.

pdf would be be ideal. The other option might be .htm/html, or possibly a big-ass png. But a pdf would be recommended.

PDF? Shit...just put whatever GIFs or JPGs or PNGs or whatever the fuck in the ZIP file, extract it to a directory...and have a viewer like Irfanview on hand...works wonders.

A Word DOC, you must be kidding me...do you know how often I nail my 13-year-old sister for using that?

Hmm... I see. Well, thanks for the advice. I'll think about updating sometime, but right now I'm busy. (One again, Rom hacking stuff. Don't ask. ) Yeah, a png seems to be the best one. I have no clue what a pdf is.
