Well I wiped the harddrive and had my Windows 95 cd ready to start making the computer truely mine, then I realised that you can only go into the BIOS on special occasions (Phoenix ROM BIOS). I tried hitting DEL, but it wouldnt work. When I could get into the bios after I wiped the harddrive, it didnt really let you change much. I also figured out that it wouldnt let you boot to a floppy. I switched harddrives with my 486 and it just says "Missing Operating System". The boot disk works though. It's a DELL and it's an Intel Pentium 166MHz. Anyone know how I can get this up and running?

Does the 486 have a CD drive? I would try putting the HD in it and installing from there, then moving it back to the other computer.
